Maybe they will sleep if you go travel at night? My grandfather lived in SC and I remember the road trips w fondness. Wanted to do at least 1 before the older one didnt think it was fun anymore. I'm sure it will have its moments.

I am determined to get Be Our Guest for the 25th or 30th!! Just called and there were 11 tables "available" for the 25th between 4pm and 5pm but they couldnt be booked. There were also some tables available for the 26th but none past. So frustrating!!!!

pjfranklin, could you please post the times with your ADR's and I can get them added to the list.

I was very excited to book BOG

I was helping my friend who is leaving for WDW next week, and she forgot to do well, everything. She was amazed that she couldn't get what she wanted. I told her when she booked it that it was time to plan and she said oh, it will take care of itself! While I did get my Disney fix it stressed me out, and it's not even my trip.

Fingers crossed for you!! I have BOG as well (actually I have two, one for if my dad comes, one for if he doesn't) One reservation is the date that I want, but not a great time, the other is a great time, but not the date. Once my dad decides if he is coming (hopefully in about 2 weeks) I will cancel one, but until then, I'm searching for the *perfect* one to open!

I was also able to get BoG today!! So excited! I wanted it on our Magic Kingdom day 8/23 but was not able to get that date. We will have to add a Magic Kingdom night on 8/27, our pool day, I was able to get a 5:25PM reservation at BoG for that day. We were originally planning on 1900 Park Fare for the 27th so I moved that to the 23rd.

180 days from today I was able to get my first ADR through the WDW site but then I had to call WDW Dine for the rest. Phone call lasted no more than 25 minutes from start to finish. Also after telling the cast member of my difficulties with the new site and asking if I will be able to see my dine reservations with my resort reservation, he gave me a number to call. He said that it is WDW site support and they would walk me through the steps of the new site. Has anyone done this yet? When I'm off tomorrow I might give it a try. I've just had bad luck getting into my reservation. Every time I try to log in it still tells me my reservation number is not linked. I think I have linked it at least six times

It's funny I have 50% of your ADR's too. Different days

I just saw this thread! We are booked for August 15-22. Six of us in my family--hubs & me, Son 16, Daughter 12, Daughter 10, Son, 5 (will be 6 when we go). Staying off property at Reunion. We stayed there two trips ago, and it was gorgeous, relaxing, and close enough but far enough. Cannot wait to get back!

Our ADRs thus far are:

8/17--CRT, 6:45 PM (celebrating 19th anniversary & taking the Princes & Princesses with us!) :0)
8/18--Rose & Crown, 1:00 PM
8/19--Hollywood & Vine, 8:05 AM
8/20--Yak & Yeti,11:30 AM; Chef Mickey's 6:45 PM
8/21--Crystal Palace, 8:40 AM

Still trying for a BOG on the 17th or 21st. Also I'm just keeping on trying to see if I can get any earlier at the Crystal Palace, but if not, it's still before park opening.

So, that's all the OCD planning I've done so far!! :0) Looking forward to reading everyone's plans!! So glad there are other disney addicts, errr--enthusiasts! like me who love to plan and dream!!

Am I the only one who's not interested in trying BOG for dinner? I saw some pictures of the food and looked at the menu and it just didn't seem worth it to me? I do want to give it a try for lunch though just to check it out. We're paying OOP though and not on the dining plan so maybe that makes a difference. I *almost* booked it, as I did a random check just to see what's still available and if I could get my Ohana ressie a bit later, and it was available. I didn't book it, but it's such a sought after reservation that I wanted to for a second!

Nah, we're not really interested in the food at all - just not appealing to my kids (especially the kids menu!) I'm thinking of just going as early as possible and getting one or two lunch items to share, then getting cupcakes for everyone. I really just want to be in the Beast's castle!

We are on the dining plan. I am not so interested in the food, just want to be inside the castle and don't feel like waiting in line a half hour for a quick service meal.
