I'm thinking you may not have time. ME usually picks you up 4 hours before your flight when you're flying internationally, and I see you're from Canada so that may be the case for you, in which case you'd be picked up around 10. For domestic flights it's usually 3 hours, so around 11, which still cuts it really close.

I'd agree with 11am if you're flying through O'Hare.

Ok, here's my crazy thought from yesterday...actually, I am going to turn this into a QOTD
If a Bounce Back is offered during your trip this summer, will you take advantage?

Sadly we will not be returning to WDW. My mom made this trip possible as a birthday gift for my 40th. She's making my dream come true.

As for the QOTD.. The bb is what made this year possible for our family and it was an incredible deal so we will definitely book again (and just put down the 200 dollar deposit) so that we have the option! However, I am currently planning to apply for the international college program for summer 2014, so if all goes well we might just be staying on a CM discount... MINE! Haha it's always been my dream to do this so I'm crossing my fingers and my toes that I get accepted once the time comes!

I'm hitting the big 4-0 this year too. But I'm still 39 until November :rolleyes2 .

Holy Moly.. Lots of 39 year olds in this thread! I too will hit 40 this year. Not until January though. That's partly what this surprise Christmas trip is about. Dh is graduating, I hit 40, and it's the big Christmas present for the kids:)

We're pretty much set on booking a BB unless it's completely not within the timeframe that we want to or can travel. We're planning on coming back in June 2014 and hopefully can catch the end of SWW. Last year we shrugged off the BB because we didn't think we were coming back until 2014. Now we're pretty much certain that we'll be back next year so we'll put a deposit down while we are there. If we had booked it last year just on the off chance we could come back we'd have FD for this trip. Live and learn I suppose.

No. We haven't been to WDW since 2008 & I can wait another 3 to 5 years to go again. Well sort of. It is an expensive vacation for us & we need other things in our house.

We were supposed to go last year but we needed tile a few years prior due to the March 2010 floods here in CT/NE area. So that pretty much ate our whole vacation fund.

I would love to do the mine train but...I can wait.

Instead, my sister moved to Ft. Myers last September so we will be visiting her again. We went in April & drove from CT & lets just say it was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. I can't wait to go back next april & I already have my auto train booked RT since the drive was not so fun thru the Carolinas & VA. We may have time to stop in DtD for lunch or dinner while driving thru but the beach was just so nice....

You know.. 40 is weird. I just don't feel any different than I did at 30. Not mentally anyway. I keep looking at my dd about to go in to 11th grade and thinking.."When the heck did that happen?":scared:
