Ohhhh, so THAT'S how it works!!!! Okay, I've got it now!No Marv...those words he puts in there actually tell a story about their trip! Kinda a neat concept, eh?

That sounds like the start of a joke or something. "How hot was it?"
Hi, Glen. Just stopping in so I can see my countdown ticker. Seriously, just wanted to say that I hope you and the family had a good weekend and I also wanted to see what kind of mischief all of you were up to the last couple of days.
Go into your control panel and click on Edit Signature. It should be along the left side of the screen. The link in your signature should be a bracket, followed by "URL" and then a bunch of gobbledygook pointing to your thread. If you look closely, the gobbledygook is listed twice. The first entry is doing the actual "pointing", and the second one is the label. Just delete the second batch of gobbledygook and type in your title. You can also adjust the size and color of this second one to make it appear the way you want.
Hope that helps!
Glenn you beat me to that one. I hate when that happens, worse yet I hate when it happens to the person in front of me and I crash into them when they stop because they can't see.I know! You walk off those Disney buses and your glasses completely fog over. It gives my kids one more reason to laugh at me. (As if they needed one more reason.)
Just to confuse her more ( I know she figured it out) but when you go to paste the link using the globe thingy, the second gobbledegook is actually highlighted to aid in changing the label. I hope I did not make it worse.
Good evening !!!Just reading all those parts that seperate the pix !!!

It was soooo hot that the balloon vendors were renting the shadows under their balloons.

Hey just checking on those in the N.E. with the nutty weather you are getting. I hope everyone is okay and there is little damage.
I did finally get it - don't know if I could do it again, though. I only had one set of gobbledygook . It would say disboards.thread 272727 (or something somewhat kinda sorta like that) but only once. I think I wound up using a hybrid of Glenns and Flossbolna's directions. What's sad is I have done it before - but how I did it totally escapes me

But only recently!!!!! You were hiding from me !!!!
Gotta give you that one...you're the only one who picked up on that, or at least mentioned it anyway. Funny thing though, it came to me when I was writing, and I had to think where I'd heard it.
The rest of us are too dense. Or haven't had enough coffee yet.
Oh wait, I'm speaking for myself.
Flo????????????
From the Progressive Insurance commercials. There's one where she says, "and we're walking, and we're walking". But I think it was originally a line in the movie "Dave".

Ok, so I actually have an excuse for not getting it! I thought it was something Disney and the only Flo I knew is from Cars...

Hmmn...must be an East coast thing, we don't have Progressive Commercials out here, too busy being entertained by the Pemco ones.
And the only Flo I could think of was...
Flo Rida
I'm impressed...my wife would have no idea who that is.

Flo Rida
But you do!
Hi, Glen. Just stopping in to say You and Marv behave while I'm gone. Rosie, keep an eye on them.
Hey, I know this lady, too! She likes to wear pink and her favourite animals are flamingos!
Did you click on the globe button? Sounds like you did it the hard way, but glad you got it working.
Not sure which one I'm voting for???The rest of us are too dense. Or haven't had enough coffee yet.

Flo????????????
Yeah, the one where the guy who looks to be in his 30's asks what happens if Mother won't let you drive and Flo tells him that he probably wouldn't have had an accident in that case...... great stuff, for those of us who actually get to enjoy such things! From the Progressive Insurance commercials. Any kin to Ore Ida???And the only Flo I could think of was...
Flo Rida
I think I did wind up using it. I started it out one way and it was a line of gobbledy-gook that I wasn't able to type over. So then I think I typed what I wanted and used the globe thingy.
Any kin to Ore Ida???
