You all deserve it!!
Can't wait to read more!
Hi There! Looking forward to hearing more!
If you have the opportunity, when you are in Nashville, stop by the Disney Store in Opry Mills...and ask if Lynn is there...I work mostly on weekends, but occasionally will work an evening or two during the week! Would love to say Hi! in person.
Good luck with everything!

Lucas had a very exciting day at school. His school has been having penny wars between the classes but he did not realize that they were taking up the money to be donated to Make A Wish. They had an assembly today and his principal came in his Mouse Ears and Mouse gloves and another teacher came in dressed up like Winnie the Poah. They started sharing about Lucas and what he goes through each day and that his Wish had been approved and that we are waiting for dates for Disney. Then his principal had his Make a Wish Volunteer come up and then Lucas. He was so surprised! Then they donated the money in Lucas' name to Make A Wish!!!! It was such a special day. One of the most special moments of the day was when I went to Lucas' class to get him his teacher said that a second grader that did not know Lucas wanted to give him a chocolate rose that she won that day. I thought how sweet!! What a blessing!!! We have been very blessed that Lucas' school has supported him so well. Lucas had been working very hard collecting his pennies because he wanted his class to win. After it was over he said I did not know I was doing that for me.
I just feel very blessed and wanted to share!!!
Did he find a Mickey shirt that he liked? We have a red one, a blue one and a green one (not many of these left)...

Wow! That is amazing! Brings tears to my eyes reading about the good in the world! Grats on the MAW trip and I wish all the best to Lucas and your family!
What a wonderful story about your ds's school and donation!!
oh, that is so awesome! He got to be sponsored by his school! It doesn't get much better than that!
Lauren was able to be the chair for the MAW collections at her high school this year and it was a highlight for her to be able to give back.
How cool!
I am finally getting caught up on all of my trip and pre-trip reports!! I am enjoying reading yours! And I agree...illness can bring the best out in people. The Lord works in the hard stuff, too...and sometimes we see it more clearly in the hard stuff.
I LOVE that train shirt he is holding up!!!
Lynn
I also noticed his blue Mickey shirt! (It is fun to see stuff from the store on people...of course we saw lots when we in WDW last OCT! .
Can't wait to hear when you get dates.
