the boat can be really slow because it makes stops at swan/dolphin on the way to mgm

the cheapest and easiest way to go is bringing the snacks with you if you have the luggage space...we did that and it worked out great!

you could try to get a discount at the contemporary...sometimes there are good deals to be had there. in addition, if you plan on spending a lot of time at mk, the monorail is great with little kids (or you could even walk to mk from there)!

i also got a $10 discount because my employer "participates" in the disney club program

look for discounts at the contemporary...i think the rooms there are among the largest at wdw and great deals can sometimes be found (although it may be harder to find a deal now with SoG in the CR)

the poly is a great resort...awesome theme, monorail, kona's for breakfast (tonga toast), ohana's for dinner (skewers of beef, shrimp, pork), volcano pool, tropical smell...you'll love it
