I also had a credit last year and an AirTran rep told me that I had to book the flight over the phone to use the credit. Also the credit had to be used within one year of the original booking...I asked for an extension and they did extend the time limit another 3 months.

We've been there twice...one night Rafiki & Timon were there and the other time it was Goofy & Pluto. Yes, you have a choice of the buffet or ordering off the menu.

Yes, they do have refillable mugs...they're located near the registers.

We were there last week & yes, they do have refillable mugs at the registers. I believe they were $9.99 each.

I emailed the Dolphin about a week ago & they said a specific date had not been set yet, but they expect the new restaurant to open early April.

The same thing happened to me too. The reservationist said both the Dolphin and Swan were sold out 5/10-5/14 due to a convention. I ended up reserving the first week in May instead. Keep checking...I hope you find something!

Sounds like we stayed in the same room as arizonacolbys last month. Figi is a great building...beautiful view and very convenient location. The only noise we encountered was when the Luau let out around 10:00 or so. We would definitely stay there again.

I was there a week ago & they gave me all $10's. All those $1's must have been a bit inconvenient!
