    Cribs at BLT?

I own at AKL but we're staying at BLT this January in a 2 bedroom villa. I'm bringing my 1 1/2 year old son and was wondering about his sleeping situation there. I've never been with a child so what I was wondering is: Does BLT only provide a pack n play or do they have legit cribs? My son...

    Rides that test your tolerance

lol, awesome topic :) MK: Stitch. hate it hate it hate it. PA-LEASE Imagineers... use those amazingly large and creative brains to come up with something to replace this! AK: Primevil Whirl. I can't explain it but was more terrified on this than anything else! Four...

    DisneyQuest

I say upgrade! If you are going when it's going to be particularly hot out than that upgrade is SO worth it! Seriously, DQ will prolly only give you a day worth of play... maybe two since you have young kids, but the real perk are those water park tickets. It's that flat rate of 50 somethin...

    Typhoon Lagoon swim with sharks?

DO IT! water is much colder than all the other water experiences at the park, but not unbearable. As someone stated above... its a piece of cake if you've ever been to a beach in the northeast. It's a little bit of a shock at first... but you get used to it quick. It is deep so scope it out...

    Age Old Which Waterpark?

I gotta throw in another vote for Typhoon Lagoon. BB is really great, and the family raft ride I think is one of the best rides counting both parks but myself and the rest of my family prefer Typhoon Lagoon. The theming is so beautiful and the wave pool takes the cake. While the kids might...

    First Disney Family Vacation!

Well, what I can say is what ppl have told me about bringing along a baby under a year old. (I've recently inquired about bringing my will be 3 month old). Everyone has told me (included the pp) that most of the dark rides and/or rides without height requirements are cool to bring your baby with...

Whats good for lunch at all 4 parks?

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ EPCOT: Sunshine Seasons (lots of DIFFERENT choices and it's indoor... which means it's air conditioned) But they're actually lots of good places at this park for a good QS Hollywood: I hate all options here. They're aren't any that I really like, we just...

Opinions on bringing a 3 month old...

I'm due Sept. 28th with my first child and Disney is a yearly event for myself, husband, sister in law, and mother in law. We were tentativley planning a trip for the week b4 Christmas. I really HATE the thought of missing out this year but I'm thinking it might be crazy to bring a baby that...

    POFQ or POR?

Well, our family LOVED POFQ, Things we loved about POFQ: - gorgoues environment with lovely live music playing much of the time. - tasty and varied options at food court - only one bus stop, which sounds wierd, but the resort is SO small that it doesn't matter... and you aren't making...

    help deciding

Definitely more days. AKL is gorgeous, but in our opinions: no view for a few moments in the morning is worth less time at WDW. Besides, hop on the Safari ride and you'll see all the animals anyway... thats kinda how my family looks at it. Deciding on a MOD: (so many factors) POFQ is...

    Toilet Paper - Ouch!

lol, this is hilarious. My sister in law and mother in law were complaining about the TP at POFQ last month. So, when we had dinner at Cali Grill they took a roll out of the stall to bring back to thier room, (I guess it was much softer). Whats even more funny is that they never got to use is...

Something I did NOT budget for...

Hey, I'm sure anyone here wouldn't mind giving you advice about the best busing options for your trip! Don't stress about it. You don't need a car but some ppl can't live without the freedom it gives you. To me... having a car is annoying and a hassle becuz I don't want to drive ANYWHERE lol. If...

Something I did NOT budget for...

yep, you're absolutely right. We go to Boma every year and we take a bus to Animal Kingdom and connect to the Lodge that way. It's not a bad ride at all. We NEVER transfer at DTD unless it's on the way home and the parks are closed. From Cali Grill last month we were so full after our meal we...

Why no standard rooms at CSR???

I have to say... if you end up choosing a Port Orleans resort, go with French Quarter. The atmosphere is just so lovely. Having only one bus stop is kindof awesome. It's the smallest resort on property I believe and It was never over-crowded. Since the resort is small it's not a long walk to the...

    Downtown Disney resturants

Wolfgang Puck Express is seriously the best CS place in all of WDW. Seriously good good food. Some of the best pizza I've ever had lol, and mom in-law had an amazing meatloaf. pasta at this place is better than the TS places in EPCOT.
