Sorry if my post bugged you. I posted because a lot of the disboarders like to know where he is. My last post was just to let people know he went from dinner to mornings at 1900 PF not that he changed locations. BTW, he is fine with guests knowing where he is working, trust me on that one ;)

He was at 1900 PF four years. Disney likes to move chefs ever 3 years or so.

That would still be a cx res. DCL notes who was on the orignal res. You have to keep one orignal name on the res or it is a cx reservation.

When I ate at Remy on the Fantasy I ordered ala carte and I was told I could order as many dishes as I wanted. I had one course more then the set menus. It was a fabulous meal!

As of right now, the Disney Magic will still have cooling boxes after the enhancements. The fridges will not fit in the same spaces as the cooling box.

Chef Tj is still at 1900 Park Faire. He works the dinner shift and his days off are Friday & Saturday (& sometimes Thursday also). Things can always change, when are you going?
