Is this the best time to buy dollars for a visit in July 07?? Anyone got any inside info about whether the rate is going to drop or possibly increase? I was told it would peak at 2 dollars, but it appears to have dropped to 1.85 in the last few days, so I don't know whether to buy now or wait...
