    Boulder Ridge Refurbished Room-With Pics!

I posted this to DVC Fan on Facebook but just in case anyone is not on that page I wanted to share here. Checked in to BRV yesterday for 5 nights of our split stay. We’re in room 1509, a dedicated studio on the ground floor of the short wing of the building (Bay Lake side). Rooms look great...

    Favorite places to watch WoC?

We're a month out from our DL trip. We had hoped that the dessert party would be available by now, but that's probably not gonna happen. Assuming that's true, do you any of you WoC veterans have any suggestions for places to watch it that involve minimal contact with strangers ;)? Any tips for...

    Quick Grad Nite Question

Thanks for this post and the article link. Super helpful! We'll have one grad nite (sadly our last night) for our mid-May trip, but we'll be sure to rope drop DCA that day and see WoC earlier in the week. Will likely get Genie+ that day too. Even if DCA is a hot mess, hopefully it will help at DL!

Disneyland Forever: Decent viewing areas NOT on Main St?

Thanks for all the great answers! A couple of good options here. We may check out Main St and see how it feels, then move elsewhere as needed. We've been spoiled by Tomorrowland Terrace dessert parties over the past few years. It's hard to imagine standing in a Main St crowd. The last time we...

Disneyland Forever: Decent viewing areas NOT on Main St?

Since it looks like Disneyland Forever is a weekend only show, we have one shot at seeing it on our May trip. We don't love the sea of humanity on Main St for fireworks shows at WDW, so I can only imagine that it will be worse at DL. Are there other areas to see and hear the fireworks that you...

Rental cars in California: How is availability lately?

Not sure if any of you have rented a car in California in the past 6 months or so, but just curious how bad the car shortage has been recently? In May we're flying to San Francisco to spend a couple days then renting a car and hitting a couple National Parks then making our way to Anaheim to...

    California Adventure is Great!

As a WDW regular, I can say that my wife and I were blown away by DCA when we went. It is amazing and quickly became one of our top 3 US parks, but still second to our favorite: Epcot!

    Attraction closure question

Yeah, we are bummed about POTC. We were looking forward to our kids seeing the better version of the ride at DL (having grown up with the POTC "lite" version at WDW. While we love both, DL wins imo!) Not a trip killer by any means, but I'm pretty sure "early summer" ain't gonna be mid-May...

WOC: Dining package vs. Dessert Party-which would you do?

Thanks for all the great responses! Dessert party is a clear winner. Really hoping that they do have some savory options on there if it's back in time. I really just need a couple cubes of cheese and maybe some crackers to call it a dinner and justify it even further :)

WOC: Dining package vs. Dessert Party-which would you do?

Awesome. Thank you! An elevated table sounds perfect.

WOC: Dining package vs. Dessert Party-which would you do?

Thank you! I'm starting to lean towards the dessert party (if it comes back in time)

WOC: Dining package vs. Dessert Party-which would you do?

Thanks! Being separated from the crowds is worth a ton to us. I feel sort of that way about the MK Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party. It's gotten so expensive, and the food is just ok, but being out of the madness is worth the price :)

WOC: Dining package vs. Dessert Party-which would you do?

We're headed to DL in May. We're WDW regulars, but have only been to DL one previous time: in 2019 when WOC was shut down. I was thrilled to hear that it would be back in time for this trip and want to make sure we see it. Assuming that they actually DO bring back the dining packages and...

READ POST 1 & 2 FIRST-Rise of the Resistance Boarding Group Planning and Information-*No Spoilers*

Feeling very lucky today. We arrived at DHS 30 minutes before open. Our plan was to get on slinky and get our BG while in line. Well, slinky was down from the beginning so we camped out at the old Starring Rolls and waited for a bg. Four of us logged in under separate accounts: 3 of us on iPhone...

****Official DLR July Check In 2.0****

We're in the same boat. If they don't open by mid-July, we'll likely have to push it off until next year with schools starting up soon (we're in Indiana). It's such a bummer. Fingers crossed that there's some Disney magic in the works for all of us!

****Official DLR July Check In 2.0****

Add me to the list of people clinging desperately to July reservations. We have DLH for 4 nights starting 7/18, followed by a night at VGC using DVC points. We'll hold onto it until they cancel it! I saw that they are no longer accepting new reservations prior to 7/15, but it doesn't sound like...

Extra Extra Magic Hours affecting Pandora

We just did this yesterday. We arrived around 6:45 and did standby for FoP. It ended up being a 40 minute wait. Then we waited about 20 minutes for Navi and did our fastpass for FoP. Wait times for FoP peaked around 90 minutes right after the park opened officially, but seemed to drop down to...
