Yep, me too. I was going off of the 2015 August calendar at first and after looking at the preliminary calendar for 2016 it looks like the EMH have changed a bit, so my days were red too. I think I may have finally gotten it figured out. We pretty much follow Josh, except we like to do EMH for Animal Kingdom (we only do it once on our trips, and it's so big/hot we like to get in a bit earlier). This year we have Park Hoppers for the first time (had to get PH when we did the Free Dining bounceback offer) so I've had to change how I plan my days a bit. I'm sure I will change plans several times, but once I book ADR's I really want to stop making changes.

Our family of 4 will be at Animal Kingdom (Kidani) August 17-23. It has been too long since we've been there and more to open this spring. I'm not sure where to start. I just hope we get decent FP+ and I guess the rest will fall into place. Fingers crossed!

We will get PH with our military tickets. We are only going for the weekend,we live close enough. We will be leaving Thursday when DH gets off of work leaving after lunch on Sunday. In the summer we take longer trips with the kids.

I'm in the same boat spent hours yesterday pouring over schedules and thinking over plans. Wed morning for ADRs! Do you remember what time they open online?

Today was my ADR day, we are checking in July 31st. Got all the important ones! I must admit this was the most trouble I had with making reservations, from 6-6:15 an error kept coming up but it all worked out in the end. Good luck to everyone else as your days approach.

So,I called SoG yesterday to order our tickets. I was told by Cathy (who wasn't very nice) That at my 45 day mark, I will get an e-mail saying it's time to order tickets. I *thought* in the past when we have bought tickets from them, we could at any time.

Hello everyone! Joining in My name is Julie, 27 from Massachusetts. We have a group of ten staying offsite at an AMAZING house we are renting August 12-20. This will be my forth trip, third with my husband. The rest of the group has not been in a while, on top of ours friends two daughters going for the first time! This is a surprise trip for them. We are thinking 3 or 4 days at Disney and 2 at **gasp** Universal. Hope everyone's plans are going great!!!

This has been a crazy week at work. I haven't had a chance to sit down and read Joshs update. The other day when it was posted here that it was up, I sat down to read it and the phone rang. I'm off tomorrow so maybe I can sit to plan.

In other news,I ordered the Rapunzel Valentines pin from a personal shopper and received it. It looks so cute on my wall calendar.

So, I stressed myself out last night over my MK day plans. I had to put it down. LOL. I want to do the extra morning hour but, I don't know. I like to go either left or right and going straight up to FL is messing with my head. I am thinking it makes sense to do our FL stuff first, move to TL, THEN over for AL. Hmmm.

Anyway, 9:19 in the morning in DW and 7DMT is already a 50 minute wait.

In January we booked three villas at BLT for our family of 19 but it didn't feel official until we booked the ADRs this Past Thursday. And happy to say we got every one we wanted! So excited for this trip as it is my parents, my siblings and their families. We have five kiddos who have never been because they weren't born when we did this 10 years ago. For that trip my kids were 6 and 4 but that is when we bought DVC so they have been quite a few times since then. My nieces were about 3 and 2 so they don't remember much if anything. In many ways this will be the first trip for 7 kiddos and I can't wait to experience it with them.

Quick question....who is Josh that keeps getting mentioned? I used easywdw and touring plans to map out our days but am curious about Josh as many seem to use his plans.

Our official dates are August 2nd - 9th at BLT
