Recieved Free Dining PIN code for rest of year!!

Just off the phone with Disney to check if we got FD PINs. CM said that there are no more discounts in August. She said they have just been told about that. Well, so much to hoping to get FD for the last week of August, :-(.

PINs come out prior to general public. They are already working on late fall.

And it seems to mimic last year. Last 2 weeks (which are low season) no longer have any offers.

I wonder if it has a NJ (or north east) effect... At least in NJ, the last two weeks typically don't have any summer camps available, so many tend to use them for vacation time. Classes don't start until after labor day as well. A trip south is ideal, as it's low season albeit hurricane season.

I get the same one, every day, with the "SX6" code on it, which is from so long ago.

They want me to look at pics of French Quarter, since I was interested in it at one point (until I found out it only had a 5% Room Only discount).

Nope, no pin for me yet! We were all set for FD in sept, then found out hubby couldn't go! So I thought about taking both girls by myself, then I remembered how hard it is to grocery shop with both of them and QUICKLY changed my mind! LoL so FD or not, November here we come!

We got the pin but couldn't appy it to our 2 bedroom villa at BWV. So we changed to 2 rooms at BWI. We don't usually use the DP but it makes sense for this trip. We have stayed at both BWV and BWI so we know what we traded for. We didn't ask for connecting rooms so maybe we grandparents will have a little privacy this way! Now I have to worry about ADRS! I will be in Wyoming on vacation with no cell service or internet when my 180 days comes up. As soon as my cell gets service Hubby will have to pull the car over and I will be on the phone. We don't want BOG so that helps! Wish me luck!

Thanks for posting about this PIN. No e-mail, called Disney, no FD Pin for me but there was one under my sister's name!!!! Applied to our ressies at POFQ 10/19 - 10/26!! Had up upgrade to Garden View (~ $80/room). So excited!!!!

OMG - thank you for posting this!!!!

It just occurred to me that we booked one of our rooms under my sister's email. I log in to her account and lo and behold she had a FD PIN!!! SOOO happy!! She had deleted it without opening it.. and I figured she might delete a Disney email. So glad I checked!!!

Yes, all PINs come from Disney Destinations. As for the sister's PIN, if you are traveling together, one PIN can be used to book up to 3 rooms as long as the person who the PIN belongs to is physically going on the trip. Good luck!

I am totally bumming about this. I don't know how we're going to swing it, but I can't back out now since we already told the kids. I'm so excited to go and terrified to go at the same time. UGH.

We should have just planned another boring visit to the Jersey shore at the end of the summer. But noooooo, I had to get all creative and suggest Disney. Who do I think I am, Nelson Rockefeller? Might as well be, with the cost of this.

I just don't understand how some people can afford to go multiple times in their lifetime. This is seriously a once-in-a-lifetime kinda thing for us.

O.K., you are totally cracking me up. We live outside of Philly too and I'm sitting here thinking the same thing. The only vacation my family has ever been on is to Wildwood Crest!
I just HAVE to talk my husband into this one! The free dining plan would be a HUGE incentive for him, not sure if I can convince him otherwise. I called, no pin on my account though. : (
Here's hoping the deal goes public for the first week in December! (and whenever you are hoping to go to of course) : )
