Zulily question

Got a great deal on slip on shoes from Bearpaw. I wear a size 9 or 9 1/2 depending on the shoe. Read all the reviews on Amazon and Bearpaw's web site that shoe runs small and order next size up. Yup you guessed... I ordered a size 10 and they are falling off my feet. Now what? Anybody ever try to contact Zulily to get an exchange? I know their site says it is a final sale but just wondering.
