Zicam Questions?

I have a sample of Zicam (the nasal swab) but I don't have the instructions. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do exactly? Just swab my nose? I feel a tickle in my throat like a cold is coming! I just had one between christmas and new years!!

After taking Zicam do you find your cold never fully develops or develops but doesn't last as long?

Hold it to the side of each nostril for 5 seconds. We've been using these this winter, and think they are helping.

Put it inside, but not too far up! Just at the edges of your nostrils.

I just wanted to warn you, if you do a google search you will find that Zicam is being sued for loss of sense of smell or taste, according to what type of product you use.

I hate this because I used to use it and it really seemed to make the cold go away faster! But now even my Dr is saying don't use it.
