I've never had any problems. It is a chain store in my area (Wisconsin), kind of like a Wal-Mart.

I ordered the starter set and shipping was 7.95. That was more than I wanted to pay, but since we can't find the pets ANYWHERE in our area then I just decided to suck it up.
