Just to rub it all in for you folks missing Wegmans...I work there and get to eat and buy their stuff all the time!

I am soooo jealous. My tag "you can keep your stinkin muffin" tag came from Monkeyboy posting he had a muffin and we couldn't have one. I said unless the muffin was a Wegman's muffin, he could keep his stinkin muffin.

Thanks. I'll go to the website to see if they have a store locator. If I'm lucky, there won't be one within 100 miles of me. Hard to resist a good muffin!

Wegmans is legend in this town.
They just built a new one ten minutes from my house. There is also one two minutes away. :lol
I checked out the new one and was floored. They just keep making them bigger. It had a couple restaurants and a babysitting service. It would take an hour to push a cart through the whole place and that's without stopping to put anything in it. The little guys I took with me loved the train suspended from the ceiling. We chased it back and forth for awhile.
I couldn't help but think what they'll do in twenty years when the baby boomers will be senior senior citizens and will be the majority. I get overwhelmed by the choices in that store and I'm only 47. I can't imagine what it's going to be like when I'm 77. They're going to have to build some Mini-Wegmans for us old folks. :lol

Kimya, the one in Ashburn was literally 4 minutes from DTC, so I was loving life for the six months before I moved down here. I went over there on the way home from work 3 or 4 times a week.

Funniest experience was when Ed and the boys came down and met me for a nice dinner there and grocery shopping. Kevin, then 4 (aka Crustacean Kid) saw all the fish on ice and decided to poke the eyeballs on the red snapper. He thought it felt cool, so he kept doing it!
