Used them during the trip we just returned from. Had Jim for us, and another driver for the other part of our party. Both were great, on time, and very friendly. took the grocery stop, all turned out ok. give them a shot. they were good.

We also used Yourride recently. They were on time, took us to a nice grocery store and even gave us a discount card to use.
One thing I would do differently next time--We stayed at CBR and we checked out the day before Easter. Bell services was busy. They were 40 min. late picking up our bags to take them to the Custom House, then we had to try to eat a quick lunch and get a bus to the Custom House. We barely made it on time. The Yourride driver told us to just call him next time and tell him which building we're in and he'd pick us up at our room! We'll definitely use Yourride again. It was very convenient.

Jim was the driver for my niece and me in January and I have requested him for the June trip. He is wonderful!

I used yourride last May and my driver said they weren't allowed to go further than Customs House for dropoffs and pickups. I wonder if the rules have changed? We used yourride for a pickup to go to DC and back and we had to meet him at Customs House, and be left off at Customs House.
