Your TWO favorite meals during your last WDW trip

dinner at narcoosees: crabcakes, lobster, almond cheesecake

lunch at liberty tree tavern: crabcakes, turkey dinner, chocolate cake

(and we're doing both again next trip!)

I'd have to say my two favorite meals the last time I visited WDW (the week after Thanksgiving, 2006), on a solo trip, were both steaks (on different evenings of course). One at the San Angel Inn and the other at Le Cellier Steakhouse.

Enjoy.

I would have to say:

Narcoossee's - crab cakes, filet, almond crusted cheesecake. DH had crab cakes, surf and turf, and almond crusted cheesecake. Everything was out of this world! Our favorite ADR of all week!

Kona - comes in a close second. I had the crab cakes, noodle bowl with chicken and vegetables, and the kilua (sp?) tort. DH had sticky wings, shrimp, and the tort as well. Everything was wonderful.

Both of these are on our to-do list for our upcoming trip.

Our favorite 2 were 'Ohana and Le Cellier! :)

'Ohana is just plain fun! And I can't get enough of the honey lime dressing with the salad! The only downside is that we fill up on the starters and we are so full by the time the meats come around. But then we still manage to choke down the dessert! ;)

I agree, these were our favorites too, loved them both and we were so stuffed, but we just had to have some dessert!!!

Our first favorite meal was at Cinderellas Royal Table, our second was at Crystal Palace! I just love being in Disney so any where we go we love it!!

Teppanyaki-it was the only meal our 2 year old slept through which, I am sure, contributed to our enjoyment. We put the stroller in the corner and had a grand time.
Kona- Our party was big enough that I think we had almost every item on the menu and it was all wonderful.

Jan 2007 visit.
Crystal Place for breakfast- Loved Winnie's breakfast Lasanga.

The Garden Grill (?) in Epcot the land- character dining, great atmosphere, and great family meal.

2. Alfredo's. Which, sadly, is no longer there. I loved the atmosphere, it felt like everyone in the place was just one big, happy family. The accordion players were great, and our server was one of the singers for their little entertainment portion. The fettucine alfredo appetizer was yummy, the steak was excellent and, again, I got chocolate mousse and almost died of happiness.

Um - is this by chance a different restaurant than L'Originale Alfredo di Roma in Epcot? If not, what do you mean it's not there? I have ADR's for June - have I missed something really big?

No you are good. In August they are closing Alfredo and putting in another restaurant.

Last Week... Olivia's at OKW had the Grouper meal with sweet potatoes and veggies YUM!!!

and Of Course Boma at AKL:cloud9:

Late Nov-Early Dec 2006

#1 Le Cellier - so fabulous! The pretzel bread ought to be a controlled substance - I still dream of it!
#2 San Angel Inn - the food was good, but I got to fulfill a Disney dream and dine by the volcano. It is my favorite restaurant, atmosphere-wise.

On our last trip the best ones were:

1) 1900 Park Fare Breakfast: Absolutely delicious, and the character interaction was spot on everyone was on, even Tigger who was actually bouncing :tigger: around! (Crystal Palace Tigger wasn't very bouncy)

2) Raglan Road: Excellent food, service and atmosphere. The Chocolate Martinis are to die for and the Guiness wasn't bad either. :drinking1

Our last trip was in 2005 and 2 that stick out are:

O'hana & Chef Mickey's.

#1 LeCellier...:cloud9:

#2 Raglan Road...

Mine had to be :
#1 California Grill - Lobster bisque, Pork tenderlion and Coconut panna cotta for dessert. All were wonderful!!!

#2 Kona Cafe - Coconut almond chicken and banana breme brulee!!! :goodvibes

Mine was:

1. Kona Cafe: Kona Chowder, Macadamia Mahi Mahi and Cheesecake

2. Wolfgang Puck Cafe: Chicken Quesadilla starter, Pumpkin Ravioli with chicken and Chocolate/Fruit/Brownie Fondue

Both were outstanding meals!
