Your Top 5 Restaurants for Dinner on the WDW Property?

Great thread, you all sound like veterans..Iam learning a few tricks to trying to get ressies even at this late date at some of the more popular places that you guys mentioned. I just signed up yesterday for this forum and I have been glued to it...wish I found it before I booked my trip;)

i want ot include one sig. rest. we are going to boma's should i trade it for jiko or go to the yact club on a different day
basically jiko or yact

1. Boma
2. Ohana
3. Sci-Fi
4. Raglan Road
5. Tusker House buffet

1 - Victoria and Albert's
2 - California Grill
3 - 50s Prime Time Cafe
4 - Crystal Palace
5 - tie between Cindy's Table, Brown Derby and Rainforest Cafe

But we are trying a lot of new places this trip, including Jiko, Boma, Raglan Road, Tony's, The Wave, Yak & Yeti, Le Chefs de France, Sci Fi Theatre, Le Cellier, Liberty Tree Tavern, and Chef Mickey's (been to the one that used to be in DTD, never been to the one in Contemporary. I hear it's an entirely different restaurant.), so I am expecting the bottom three would probably change.

1 - California Grill - excellent food and service, great view. We weren't even there for fireworks.

2 - Flying Fish - got knocked out of the favorite spot by CG last trip. I love the decor in this restaurant - the food is darn good too - although its slipped since the first trip.

3 - Artists Point - love the decor here as well. Food is excellent.

4 - Jiko - I didn't like either the food or the service -but I ordered wrong (if you don't LIKE pistachios, pistachio creme brulee isn't any good even if you do like creme brulee!) and since most people don't complain about the service must have had the wrong waiter on the wrong night. But its my husband's favorite.

5 - Narcoosees - I made similar mistakes at Narcoosees last time (key lime creme brulee this time), but I like this restaurant despite my own lack of ordering. The steak I had was less than fantastic - we've had better at Le Cellier - but we've had worse at Le Cellier as well.

All of these restaurants have good food without the "for Disney" disclaimer. I haven't been to V&As or Citricos or Yachtsman - am going to Shula's next trip. We like Le Cellier, but it doesn't, IMO, live up to its hype. I think Kona is a good value - but my husbands steak wasn't great. I just went to Bongo's in DTD and I thought that was really very good - and reasonable for Disney - if you like Cuban food.

LeCellier
Kona
Artist Point
Raglan Road
Jiko

Our favorites are:
Jiko
Flying Fish
Biergarten (food and fun)
Cape May's Character Breakfast
Grand Floridian Cafe (lunch)

I haven't found five yet that I really like but here are 2...

Artist's Point
Boma
(dinner)

I've eaten at H&V, MM's, 'Ohana, WCC, LTT, Kona, Sci-Fi and Chef Mickey's (which is good but it's hard to mess up bacon and pancakes). I can't say that they are must-dos for us except the 2 above. We're trying Coral Reef, Cape May Cafe (Clam Bake dinner buffet) and Boma (breakfast) in the fall.

My top five are (in no particular order):

California Grill
Coral Reef
