Whitewater rafting in Grand Canyon.

3. Tokyo (don't know enough to decide exactly where in Asia, was thinking about Thailand, but then there's DisneySea which I really want to see)

4. UK (or would I have to say "British Isles" in order to include London, Edinburgh, and Dublin?)
5. Norway/Sweden/Amsterdam

and to go over the limit, as if I didn't already...

5. New York City (been there years ago, but never saw Brooklyn, where Junior's Cheesecake is )
