Your Top 3 Picks For Dinner At Epcot

I've only eaten at Le Celier, which I loved and Nine Dragons, which was o.k. I really want to try some more restaurants on my next trip. Please help me come up with some yummy choices.

My three favorite restaurants at Epcot are all in WS and are from bottom to top:

3) San Angel Inn - Mexico - Love the atmosphere and the food is always great as well....it's authentic Mexican rather than Tex-Mex and is much better IMO.

2) Alfredos - Italy - We eat here every trip and have yet to have a bad experience. The food and service are always excellent.

1) Biergarten - Germany - Great show to go along with a wonderful meal. DW and I always love eating here and wanted to take DFIL and DMIL this past trip...they were both leary as they don't care for German food but, it ended up being their favorite meal of the trip.

1. Marrakesh - yummy food, great entertainment, lavish relaxing environment

2. Alfredos - I was expecting to hate this but the alfredo was incredible!

3. Nine Dragons - a pleasant surprise, the portions were large, service was good, and the food was good.

1) Marrakesh- Moroccon food...mmmmm! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is divine, and the belly dancer and band is fun for DD.

2) Biergarten- The food is fine, but the atmosphere is the star here! The oompah band and singalongs are the best!!

3) Cantina de San Angel- get a late dinner here, and watch Illuminations from beside the water. Good Tex-Mex stuff, too.

Another one my family loves is Teppanyaki at Japan (where you all sit around a grill and the chef prepares the food right in front of you). We've had some fun chefs.

Well, Le Cellier is my favorite, but I would also vote for Coral Reef and Alfredo's. Also interested in trying San Angel Inn and Biergarten.

Biergarten and Chefs de France are my favorites for table service. I haven't tried Marrakesh, but I really like Tangerine Cafe for counter service, and I've heard good things about Marrakesh, so I think it would be a good choice.

After going through a rough period, both Alfredo's and Coral Reef are receiving good reviews lately. I'm hoping to try them on upcoming trips.

nine dragons was good but the what way back in '88

Cantina de San Angel i found yo be not even good standard mexican food

so talk amoungest yourselfs and decide if you want to try someplace new?

The last time we went, the San Angel was very disappointing, though. The tables are so cramped, but the ambience is excellent. I think Alfredo's may have to replace it. I've never eaten in France though. I have two young kids, so I've been a bit afraid to try. Maybe it's kid friendly, but it doesn't seem like it is. Maybe someone else could speak from experience on this?

San Angels and Chefs de France are my two favorites. The food was good and the atmosphere wonderful for both! Le Cellier was OK but neither DH nor I thought our meals were great (we had high expectations because of the pretty spectacular reviews on DIS!), and it doesn't have the charm of San Angel Inn or Chefs de France.

DH and I like to eat outside at the Rose and Crown, but the food is also just OK.

Marrakesh--gorgeous restaurant, fun belly dancer & live music, but DULL food (no spices!).

Those are the only table service restaurants we've tried at Epcot--I'd like to try Coral Reef and Alfredos but have been scared off by reviews. On the other hand, San Angel Inn gets awful reviews, and we were very pleased with the food.

up stairs is not kid friendly, sry! i have older girls now and they enjoy the food it is always good. and illuminations is just stunning up stairs. but if you can store the kids for 2 hours ,i would say try it.

We like Rose and Crown-good food and great atmosphere, plus you can't beat the front row to Illuminations. Second choice would be ALfredo's-very nice meal there too.

We've ate at Teppanyaki on our last 3 trips and the food/atmosphere/service has been consistantly good.

Number one used to be Akershus in Norway until they ruined it with those blasted characters. Used to be a wonderful buffet and a great value for the money but no more.
