It could be a cartoon character, a live action character, a hero, a villain, a princess...even *GASP* one of the fab 5! Don't limit yourself to just one...let it all out. PLUS I want reasons folks!

For me (in no particular order):

Stitch: The oversaturated the market with his memoribilia and junk. He wasn't all that endearing to me to begin with. I actually find him quite obnoxious. Also...totally not even cute AND he had the audacity to replace one of my favorite rides (Alien Encounter).

Pooh: Perhaps a touch blasphemous, but much like Stitch I am sick to friggin death of the Pooh merchandise. It's EVERYWHERE, and it's just so over. He's mealy-mouthed, and a bit of a fat slob...and rude (just helping himself to others hunny pots!!). Like Stitch, he also had the nerve to replace Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. In my house, he is known as Winnie-the-Poop (or occassionally, we use the other word for poop).

Pocahontas: By now many of you know that she is, as far as I am concerned, PUKE-ahontas. A waste of a film, and about as vapid and one sided as a character can get. She is the only downside to Fantasmic.

The Wicked Witch from Snow WHite: She scares the bejesus out of me. I was traumatized as a child by the LIVE performance of Snow white at Radio City, and today at age 30 still have anxiety attacks when i see her in the park...even a picture.

I pretty much adore everybody else!

1. Pooh
2. Pooh
3. Pooh
4. Pooh
5. Pooh

June from Little Einsteins. Stupid June, YES we know you LIKE TO DANCE!!! We get it! I also have a strange hatred for Trina from Jojo's circus. Ugh yes Trina we see you are too busy dancing to help Jojo.

Hmmmmmmm I think I 1)watch too much playhouse disney and 2) have some strange hatred for dancers which I was not aware of. I do like to go to the ballet. Maybe it is only cartoon dancers I hate. :rotfl:

Mickey....seriously...what did he ever really do? He's never had an afterschool or Saturday Morning cartoon...yet he gets all the glamour.

Mickey needs a new agent....when's the last time he's put out a feature length film, or TV show? Kids dont even know who he is anymore...

Its sad to see what's happening to these baby boomer cartoon icons...they're trying to just hold on and stay relevant, while newer hipper characters steal the show.

Mark my words... in 75 more years you'll be looking for Hidden Stich's all over WDW.

there's these two little guys that look like eggs or something, you dont see them very often. i hate those guys, i just want to break them and cook them. are they eggs? anybody know?

...but the first to always pop into my head is Snow White, yes a beloved Princess. WHY ? She is so spacey, so gullable, no backbone or defined personality. Where is her "I am woman, hear me roar?" Really I think she could be a really good Valley Girl ! Even when the character at WDW comes up to my DS (and he loves her so I am cordial) and says "Are you my Prince?" with her pinky in the air, I want to scream NO NO NO.

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum: so very creepy. Never really liked Alice in Wonderland so maybe that is the reason why when I see these two in the parks I walk the other way.

Queen of Hearts: I love flamingos so the idea of using one as a croquet mallet (sp?) just freaks me out.

Pooh. :sad2:

Why can you see Pooh at 2 different locations for breakfast (1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace)?

Why is Pooh at all 3 meals at Crystal Palace? You'd think they'd put perhaps Pooh for breakfast, a mix of characters for lunch and maybe a boy meal like Peter Pan, Aladdin, etc. or something for dinner. Is it that hard for them to put other characters in a room to greet guests?

Pooh is cute. I saw him on Kingdom Hearts 2 when my son was playing it this afternoon, but gosh there is way too much Pooh at WDW.

I soooo agree. Crystal palace is lovely to eat at, however there is only so much "pooh" I can take. :confused3

Now, IF WDW did breakfast with Pooh, Lunch with someone else and Dinner with villians or a boys theme, we woudl do ALL THREE!!!

Still DH is happy, it saves him some $$$$$

Huey, Dewey and Lewey (or however it's spelled)
Sorry, I can't stand those three little brats! And why on earth would they stay with their Uncle Donald so much? Where are their parents?

Lisa

Stitch. I can handle the rest, but I'm so tired of the oversaturation of Stitch.

1. Stitch
2. Stitch
3. Stitch
4. Stitch
5. Stitch

We were at WDW the year the movie, Lilo and Stitch, was released. I remember they had a giant balloon in front of MGM, and I thought, "He is really ugly. We won't see much of him." Then I saw the movie, and I could sort of understand the appeal, but never did I think he would nearly take over the parks! This year, I asked a CM about the overabundance of Stitch merchandise, and was told that he was really popular with kids :faint: , even more popular, gasp, than our beloved Mouse! :furious: When we went to the Animation Studio, we were taught to draw Stitch. I added horns, and a title- "Walt's Nightmare". He sure doesn't have the qualities I want my kids to have.

You guys can kill me for this - but I really dislike the Mickey character as implemented in the parks. The giant head. The over-animated hand gestures. The over-punctuated voice in the shows. I find it annoying.

1. Pocahontas Same as above poster..bad movie!
2. Hunchback of Notre Dame..Bad movie and very boring character
3. Snow White Not very pretty (in the movie, not at the parks) and STUPID! Why did she take that apple????
4. Rabbit (from Winnie the Pooh) he is SO high strung and just rude!

I guess that's it...I love most characters but the above just sorta annoy me! I cannot believe some people don't like Mickey!

I'd have to go with Stitch -- just don't get it!

And to Javaonline, maybe if you back away from the caffeine, you'll feel better! :rotfl:
