your favorite value and why

I understand, people are all different, just like a lot of disser's do not like the buses. But, I look at it differently and would not feel uncomfortable. We were trapped in a crowded monorail (people standing, including myself) for 4 hours in the middle of the night and the only thing that made it bearable "was" the interaction between all of us passengers. We had some very good jokes at the expense of WDW during that time. LOL We still ride the monorail just like we will ride the Skyliner.

It is a playing the odds game for me.

I would never give up riding Skyliner over the very low odds I could get stuck.

So far so good with dozens and dozens of flights.

I do understand why some Guests may not want to play those odds.

Very understandable.

To quote a song by the late Sly Stone:

Different Strokes For Different Folks :) :)

I stayed at Pop not long after the Skyliner opened and stayed at All Star Movies last year. If the price were anywhere near the same, I'd stay at Pop again. But for the 30% price difference I had no issues with ASMo. Loved the Skyliner, my mother and older son both said it was their favorite ride at WDW, but didn't really have any issues with the buses at All Star. We also went both times at very off peak times. During peak times, having the Skyliner to get to EPCOT and DHS would be worth something of a premium to me.

We stayed a week at Movies when the kids were little. We were in the Ducks section with the quieter pool and walked over to Music to catch the bus. We really liked it.
We stayed one night at Sports when they kids were much older and liked it significantly more than we thought we would. Since we had stayed at Deluxe many times, we were pleasantly surprised at how close everything was (we were in preferred) and how nice the pools were. The rooms are super small but designed much more efficiently now. Food court was clean and organized.

I've only been once in 2017, but I LOVED All Star Sports. The theming was cute, and my kids loved all the games at the pool. In my opinion, the resort is small enough that a preferred room isn't needed.

Any fans for Art of animation Resort! It's my favorite Resort At Disney World. The Lion King family Suites I love AOA!

We like All Stars for the cheap rooms. We only do two people per room, so cheap is essential.

in recent times, we have stayed at Movies for theming (and they renovated before the other AS). Going with Sports this year to save money. At 1 am, we aren’t going to care if we are passing a giant football or a giant Dalmatian. As long as you aren’t there during a teams event and avoid rooms by the pool, we find the compact layout convenient.

Our favorite is Pop, but I would stay at any value depending on the situation. We park hop and take afternoon breaks, so the skyliner is a huge plus for us. We have only stayed at ASM, but it pleasantly surprised me! It felt less spread out than Pop and was quiet. There were school groups when we were there, but they left early in the morning and didn’t seem to come back until late in the day, so it didn’t bother us.

We loved our stay at AOA but the suites are expensive and doesn’t really factor into the value resort debate for me. I think the suites work for certain family dynamics. If we are comparing the standard rooms for AOA and Pop, Pop wins hands down.

title says it all! help me learn about the value options and why you love them, so maybe I can pick one! sell it to me :chat:
I really like the Pop! The rooms are well designed and I love the access to the Skyliner! I think the food court is pretty good too, and I often use the convenient laundry room. And I have found pop people to be extremely friendly.
