I'm wondering how much some of the souvenirs cost, such as plush, T-shirts, etc. Please tell me the item & about how much it cost. Thanks a bunch! TTFN!!

We actually saved a lot of extra $$ purposely so that we could buy lots of souvenirs for ourselves and our family who couldn't go with us. Here are some of our favorites:

Pink terry cloth pants with Walt Disney World scripted on the upper left pant leg $30

My first Disney Bear $20
Had to get a stuffed Mickey $20
'Tigger, is that you?' mug at AK $10.65
Photo Album with Silver pen $22.00
Winter hat at MGM $23.00
Wishes CD $13.83
Pop Century shirt & glass $37.00

I have more if you want. One of the best souvenirs I have is my diploma from the 'art school' in Disney Quest. You can take short classes on how to draw the characters, and then for $5 you can buy a print out of your drawing, and you get info on how to draw other characters and a diploma saying you graduated from Disney art school. It is a great and cheap souvenir, and a really fun experience!

I am one of those people that if I have money I seem to want nothing. On our last trip we came home with 2 mugs and a box of chocolate covered pretzels. I had $400 saved to just spend on what we wanted. The kids were allowed $75 to spend any way they wanted and let me tell you they spent all of it. But I was just so overwhelmed and excited to be there that I really didnt go into the stores much to look around. Now this year I am taking about the same amount of money and watch-I wont have enough. Life is like that for me!

I don't spend much on t-shirts, mugs, etc. I like to find unusual things for the house that I can use everyday that remind me of Disney. Some of my favorite Disney purchases:

Multi-colored glass lion from Africa (that description doesn't do it justice, it's gorgeous) $50
Unusual blue plastic ice cream scoop from Germany in Epcot $6
Large Disney photo album $25
My 3-year old DS's favorite souveneir--Matchbox Disney bus $10

My favorite was free - it's my Disney University Ducktorate degree that I earned from completing the College Program, attending all business seminars and completing the maximum of 4 electives. Hangs in the living room, haha! Also free, my Mickey ears with a tassel attached from our Graduation.

But if course it was all "free" after months of working for the company and putting most of the money right back into it, LOL!

I'm not a huge souvineer buyer, but I really like my "evil pens", no worry about my studnets stealing them! My favorite is the mouse-ears Christmas tree ornament--$3.00. Everyone comments on it and it is different!::MickeyMo

Two of my other favorites have to be my

Mickey Ice Cube tray $4
and
Mickey Pancake Mold $5

Both from the Home Store in DTD.

Makes me feel magical all year round :)

Love the ice cube & pancake mold ideas! We've never been but I'm hoping to buy things like that so we can use them around the house. Cool!

My favorite souvenir is one I purchased in July. Instead of buying my usual t-shirt, I purchased a charm bracelet. Of course, the bracelet and each charm were priced separately but you could pick the charms you wanted. Total cost was almost $40 for six charms and a bracelet. Love it!!!

DH and I always buy something unique for the house. First time it was a picture frame ($15) for the photo of the two of us in front of the castle. We have also bought: glass bonzai tree from China ($47+ shipping costs); china floor cat also from China ($18), and on our last trip a wooden statue ($20)from the gift shop at AKL. I've also bought jewelry and some sound tracks over the years, but can't remember the cost.

Sorry I keep posting, I just keep remembering things. One of my absolute favorites was our crystal piece from the MK shop on Main Street. It was a 5 x 7 size (I think) and it had a carving of the castle on the left side with 'walt disney world' scripted under it and then our names and 2004 carved on the right side. It was only $28! We love it!

Thanks!
I was wondering about the photo albums, I plan on lots of pictures.

Loved the idea about the charm bracelet. We're going the week before Mother's Day and I guess that's what my husband and sons will buy me!!

I had gotten a Mickey Mouse photo frame that has a glitter globe attached to it and it was either $20.00 or $25.00. It did seem pricey to me, but knew that it was something we would have for a long time and we now have the picture that we took with Mickey in there.

Regardless where we travel, we buy picture frames from the attraction, National Park, or city we're exploring. We have them from all over the world, and they're placed all around our house.

Of course, most of them hold pics of our little darlin's! :) WDW and DL also have a huge variety of frames from many of the attractions and resorts. Each time i see one of the frames & pics, i take a mini-trip back in time to the place we had visited. Its a great break in the day!

I'm a tee shirt junkie. I find the WDW ones to be reasonable. The adult tees were $17.50. They wash & dry well and I know I'll have them for a long time. (I still have some that I bought at DL in 1995!) And yes, I wear them.

I also love refrigerator magnets. I buy them everywhere I go. I got a beautiful one this year of the castle. I think it was $6, about twice what I usually pay but I loved it.

I wanted to buy a charm bracelet and forgot. So I have to go back and get one, right?

My favorite is a silver and blue mickey mouse head key chain (silver on the outside and a blue frosted mickey head inside). It cost about $8.

My son's favorite was a t-rex that my DH found in adventureland (go figure  ). It cost $12.

But by far, my favorite souvies are always the pictures, (and not necessarily the professional ones). We had a great picture taken of all 6 of us (3 generations) in front of the castle first thing in the morning. No one else was in the picture, which is very very rare! Cost $12.95 I believe, but it is priceless. :)

I bought them at the Character Premier Outlet for $19.99 (much cheaper than the $39 they wanted for PJ's inside the park)

My favorite is a heavy ceramic picture frame that's Cinderella's castle and the photo is my two daughters in their princess dresses with Prince Charming! It's from about three years ago and I love to look at that photo of the girls when they were 5 & 7 years old! Priceless!

I got a tigger bottle opener magnet, I think it was $7. I collect magnets and it also comes in handy for parties :D

My best memories are from the photos we take wether with my own camera (very cheap, it's digital...:D ) or the ones on the rides. I'm addicted to photos.
