Premium almost by default. Prime (the former Belz) was still under heavy construction last time I was up that way, with a lot of stores closed down. Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets, while worth a look if you have a car anyway, are not really in the running--far fewer stores, and at least half of them are kind of junky.
