Your favorite new candy find

Okay. I have to admit it. I have a new chocolate obsession. It's Fran's milk chocolate covered caramels. I discovered these while doing holiday shopping in Seattle. They even have salted caramels and smoked caramels. Of course, I had to sample them all, so I could figure out which chocolate covered caramel I liked the best. Anybody else have a great new candy find?

I don't have a new fave, but I have a new "ick". Those Hershey Kisses that are supposed to mimic M&Ms. Bleh, bleh, bleh!!!

Lindt makes this chocolate-filled chocolate thing. That's all I know - that's all I need to know.

Were the Peanut Butter kisses only out for the holidays too? Because those were to DIE for.

The take 5 bars are good too! I happened to find a bag after halloween for like 75% off...figured I'd give them a try - all the best things in life rolled up into one piece of candy!

That was my first thought when I saw this thread. I love the salty and sweet. I handed them out for Halloween and a lot of people didn't know what they were.

Hershey's Kissables.

They taste like those Hershey Eggs you get at Easter. They're candy coated kisses. They taste better than M&Ms.

Fran's must be local because I've never seen it here. I think I would like some salted caramels!!

There is an independent chocolate shop here that makes chocolate covered caramels with "gourmet salt" on top. It is a delicious combo.

Reese's cups used to be my favorite, but my absolute new favorite is a Yorkie bar. After Katrina, we got these MRE's from England and some of them had these candy bars, so of course I had to try one.

They are made by Nestle's and they are simply milk chocolate, but it's the best chocolate I have ever tasted. I think they're better than Godiva, Dove and Ghirardelli.

I thought I was going to have to move to England, but luckily I found them at Cost Plus World Market. Not that I wouldn't love living in London, but you know.

We must have the same tastes!! I do not like the Hershey's Cherry Cordial Kisses AT ALL!! My favorite cherry candy is Godiva Dark Chocolate Covered Cherries. Very good and natural tasting.

I also love the Yorkie Bars. Very yummy.

I'm definitely a "chocoholic" but thank goodness a very picky one or else I'd need a forklift to get me out of bed My favorite new candy find is that World Market now sells Cadbury chocolates actually made in England, not the ones made in the US by Hershey that to me are NOWHERE near as yummy!

I do, but they've both taken a departure on their chocolate origins, so you may not like them.

The first are the new Oranges and Cream Kit Kats! I thought it might be gross, but it was like a dreamsicle (remember the old Horizons and how it smelled like them?). They are soooo yummy!

The other one is the new Hershey's Strawberries and Cream bars. I like the Kit Kats better, but those weren't too bad either!
