Your favorite "lame" attraction is...

I love every single ride at WDW. Maybe I'm a nut :earboy2: or it is the Disney magic, but they are all great to me. For me, they are like pizza, no bad one, just better tasting. :teeth:

grinningghost...those are my 2 favorites also! I just "love" Swiss Family Treehouse and Hall of Presidents. My kids like HOP, but don't understand why I like the treehouse so much. I love the kitchen...I dedicated 2 scrapbook pages to that alone! :)

Oh finally! Someone else who "gets" the SFT! :teeth: I am sure that someday my DH will build me one of my very own. ;) :)

Have you done the "new improved" treehouse at DL? What a travesty! :earseek:

TTA must not be lame, everyone on here loves it! We rode it three times last trip, it's a must do for the whole family.
I love Sounds Dangerous. I can't understand why people hate it so much. I mean, it's not like Drew Carey burps chili dog in your face!

I have been to parks just to ride the thrill rides and I would take Small World over any of them, hands down. Guess that's part of being a Disney nut, huh? :earboy2:

Hall of Presidents is my favorite, I also like:
It's a Small World
Carousel of Progress

I don't think they're lame at all, though - I love them!

That's why "lame" is in quotation marks. I don't think they're lame either - but MANY people do for some unknown reasons. :teeth:

OK, I think you people are the ones I can talk to about this! Don't you hate it when people start talking about "updating" or heaven forbid doing away with these attractions! I'm beside myself with anxiety just thinking about making any of them more modern. I'm not quite over the Tiki Birds!!

Nobody likes "Sounds Dangerous" at MGM, but I do. It's cool, dark and I get a chuckle out of it.

That is one of my techno-kid's favorite shows! He is 15, and really into video production on the computer. He LOVES "Sounds Dangerous." He brought all our extended family to it. We had a blast playing around with the stuff at the end where you record your voice onto Disney movies!

It's gotta be Snow White. I know some little kids get freaked out on it, but to us, it's just so corny!

Yes, this is your support thread. As you can see, I am devastated over the "Tarzan" treehouse makeover in DL - it was just plain - yuck. And the Tiki Birds did NOT need any tweaking as far as I was concerned. I liked them just fine. :)

Oh, dear, I didn't know about the Disneyland treehouse! What were they thinking??? :faint:

My favorite lame attraction is JIYI w/ Figment. I look forward to that every time.

I also like SWSA. It is a family favorite for us.

Well for me I have only been to DW once but at DL they had Journey into Innerspace which looked like they were shrinking you and you were going into a needle or microscope. It really was a lame ride but it brings back fond memories.

My mom loves ALL the lame rides. Her fav at DL was the people mover which is like TTA at DW. She also LOVES the Jungle Cruise.

I never went on Tikki room till I had kids of my own. Too cool to go on it when "I" was a kid LOL. But now my kids LOVE it and we go almost every time.

One of their fav songs and of course we have the theme park soundtrack so we sing Tikki Tikki Tikki ALL the time LOL

MK: The Tiki Room. But why did they have to update it? The previous show was more lame than the first and that's what made it so wonderful. It felt like what Hawaii was supposed to look like in the 60s.

Epcot: Rio del Tiempo. Love it, love it, love it.

MGM: Star Tours. Yes, I know it's not really lame, but it is looking a little outdated - but for heaven's sake that's what makes it so fun! It ships me right back to the late 70s when Star Wars first came out.

My vote would also be to never update any of the rides. They make Disney - Disney!

Lamest attraction? The bus to get me there!!! Hurry, hurry, hurry! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
