I love Flying Fish Cafe!! There are sooo many wonderful dishes there! But, my absolute favorite is the Potato Wrapped Red Snapper, it is out of this world! My second is the Char Crusted New York Strip. While I love seafood, and FFC is great for that...That steak is beyond good! I can't wait to go back there in Feb!

I buy some mussels. If I want an entree I usually end up with the Chefs Thunder unless it's lobster.

Mussels for an app and either the scallops with the risotto or the steak as an entree. I also like the banana napoleon for dessert.

the potato encrusted red snapper.... the whole thing is a fireworks show of yummy goodness in your mouth !! if I could have licked the plate, I would have. however, I'm pretty sure I'd have embarrassed my family.

Another vote for the snapper! It is amazing. I do get rissotto instead of the leeks so they serve the sauce in a cup but still amazing!

I've loved it all but last trip the tomato mozzarella salad with "Uglie Ripe" heirloom tomatoes had me in awe and a bit teary-eyed. I truly had never had such mozzarella in my life, I had ordered it for the tomato selections. It was a scene from Harry Met Sally. I am almost scared to order it again because such perfection can't be repeated.

For an app, love the calamari. Lightly battered and fried. Asian inspired seasoning and sauce(s). Excellent.

And, yes, I agree, the red snapper is outstanding.

Our favorite is the mussel app. and the crab cake app. My husband always gets the scallops and I love the red snapper. We have had many different desserts and all have been amazing. FF is our favorite spot when dining signature spots.

Tough choice but I probably like the Char Crusted Yellowfin the best. It's not quite as heavy as most of the other entrees I've had here.

I don't usually get an appetizer but if I do, I think FF has the best cheese plate on property.

For an appetizer I like the Gulf Coast Shrimp Cocktail paired with the Blood Orange Margarita. For an entree I agree with the snapper, it's phenominal.

I LOVE the FF, I think it's the best signature on property.
