Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbor House, eat upstairs for a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Epcot: Tie between Sunshine Seasons, with indoor seating to escape wicked heat, frigid cold, drenching rain, or howling winds, and Tangerine Cafe. Honorable mention to Sommerfest in Germany if you are paying out of pocket. We think it is one of the most filling meals for a decent price a brat, kraut, and a roll for $6.69.
Hollywood Studios: Lunch from Starring Rolls, since they often close early and do not serve dinner, but they have limited outdoor seating snuggled up next to a smoking section. So, this is a meal to take with you and eat elsewhere. I really wish they would expand this type of offering in a larger indoor eating area.
Animal Kingdom: Flametree BBQ, follow the path in the adjacent seating all the way to the pagoda overlooking the river with an amazing view of Everest.
Downtown Disney: Tie between Wolfgang Puck Express's diverse menu and the sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich. If you are on the DDP, Pucks offers a good "bang for your buck" with only one counter service credit. If you are paying out of pocket, Earls is one of the best options.
