I'm starting out ~140lbs. and I am looking to get down to 125-130. I exercise an hour/day ~5x's/week.
While I CAN and have done it, I hate taking the time to calorie count and prepare meals just for myself. Plus, when I'm shelling out the money, I'm MUCH less likely to fall off the wagon.
Does Nutrisystem's food taste good and is it filling? I can do 1,200 calories/day as long as the food is filling. I've done Seattle Sutton in the past and, while it worked, I was hungry the entire time. That's why I'm looking into Nutrisystem.
