Didn't they just close the Yakatori House to make more seating for Tokyo Dining?

No, you're getting your buildings mixed up. Yakitori House is on the left side of the pavilion, near the koi pond, and it's counter service. Always has been. The table service restaurants were always above the Mitsukoshi department store. They closed Tempura Kiko and the Matsu No Ma Lounge to basically gut it out and make that Tokyo Dining. The Teppanyaki restaurant had also been changed, but minimally by comparison, and that's what we know as Teppan Edo now.

Hmm, my Top Ten List? Gosh.

In no particular order:

1. Anything at Victoria and Albert's
2. Food and Wine Festival kiosks at Epcot in the fall
3. Anything from the Patisserie in France

8. Churros (preferrably not ripped out of my hands by Frontierland attacking seagulls)
9. Foie gras from California Grill
10. No Way Jose sundae from Beaches and Cream
