So what would the sort of stage staff do? Like do they sign up for the role or what?

So what would the sort of stage staff do? Like do they sign up for the role or what?

OOC: Well, when you think about it, he's a protective brother. Add that to the fact that he's from the 30's and 40's, where it was even more important to be a gentleman and even more taboo to physically hurt women, and suddenly hurting Mike's sister is a huge crime to Mike.

They'll sign up and have a quick 1-2 minute interview with the director, just a basic name, why want to be in, etc.
