Eli: it felt good to get some fresh air, especially after being in New York for a while. Nancy: "Do you guys want to go swimming now???"

Evelyn: "Aww thanks. It's crazy, my whole life I've shielded myself and been immune to boys, able to keep my cool and quickly put on a superb show. But you.." She giggled. "Oh my gosh you make me an idiot. An insane blubbering butterflies in my stomach fool. I've always opposed that, but it feels right and kinda awesome. You really are something."[/COLOR]

Mike: He gave her a sort-of-silly lopsided smile. "Thank you. People always tell me I'm great but it means a lot, coming from you. And you, oh boy. Nan and Dad have always said I could have any girl I wanted, though I don't really see it, but before you no other girls really ever caught my eye. And I wasn't going to date for the sake of dating, I suppose it's old-fashioned but I wanted a girl that I felt something real for. You're my first."

I don't know much about them either. I think it's cool Elizabeth Olsen is Scarlett Witch. I loved the Mary Kate and Ashley books when I was younger!

They're twins, half German half Scandinavian if I remember correctly. They're mutants. Pietro Maximoff AKA Quick Silver has super speed, and Wanda Maximoff AKA Scarlet Witch can manipulate luck to put the odds in her favor, has these "hex bolts" and can do some illusion type things.

I don't know how the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) will change things, but here, in a nutshell, is the original story as I understand it:

Story goes they were orphans, and when they were being hunted for their mutations Magneto saved their lives and so they joined the Brotherhood for a time. Then they learned/figured out that they were actually the children of Magneto (they use their mother's last name rather than their father's) and shortly after that they kind of realized that what they were doing in the Brotherhood was wrong, so they decided to become good guys. But they had fought the X-Men a lot and didn't think they would be welcome and kind of wanted the focus to be on them being Wanda and Pietro, not them being mutants, so they joined the Avengers.
