Raven: She glanced at Coulson. "Junior's fine," she said, her tone still clipped, before turning back to Fury. "The mission failed because of the decision you made."
Director Fury: "No! The mission failed because YOU failed to do YOUR job, Excalibur! I'd punish you but since you hate your assignment so much, you can continue working it. Dismissed."
Raven: She mouth opened in shock. He never dismissed her. "I'm 15 years old, of the highest clearance! I'm not a child!"
Director Fury: "THEN QUIT ACTING LIKE IT RAVEN, ENOUGH!" He closed his eye and pinched the bridge of his nose for a moment before dropping his hand and opening his eye. "Enough, Excalibur. I am highly disappointed in you. You slandered your team because the mission failed, disrespected just about everyone, including myself, and you lost control of your emotions in front of Coulson, May, and three agents you have not met. You were trained to be better than this."
Raven: Her father's shouting had scared her, intimidation was clear in her eyes for one moment, then it was gone, replaced by the unreadble look some of the best had attained. She hung her head low, chastised. "I apologize, Director Fury. I have indeed brought shame to the organization."
Director Fury: "I want your guns and your cell phone. They will be returned to you when I decide you have worked diligently at your post without complaint for enough time. During this time you will be suspended from SHIELD missions and the Helicarrier unless it's an emergency. Do I make myself clear?"
Raven: "Crystal," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Director Fury: "Look. Me. In. The. Eye."
Raven: She made eye contact. Her eyes were dead and numb, completely without the fiery angry spirit. "Yes sir."
