OK, I just watched a whole week's worth of Y&R :happytv:

I actually enjoyed Phyllis loosing it in Sharon's room. That's the old Phyllis we know and love to hate!

But it reminded me of another scene but I can't remember who was involved....someone else tore up someone's bras and panties....I think it may have been Drucella's?? Anyone remember that?
Phyllis used to be so evil. I'd like to see that Phyllis back. :thumbsup2

Remember what a great job she did playing Sheila Carter? That was great!

But I still want Sharon and Nick back together and Phyllis with Jack or alone and evil again.

I was just coming here to post this!!! Why is it that when the women of Y&R get jealous, they cut up each other's clothes?? :confused3 Dru did it to Carmen...

Anyone else laughing hyserically at Eden's confession to Lauren about her "life altering night" with Noah?? :rotfl2:

Poor Sharon, grand theft! Guess that red egg of Sabrina's must have cost a fortune...

And speaking of Sabrina, I am looking forward to the haunting!!! I bet Adam gets the housekeeper in on it too!!!

I do NOT like the new Mac either!!! And ditto to whomever said they like this Billy better than David Thom :thumbsup2

Cane and Lilly actually get married???????????????????????

Hooray for Raul coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was such a little cutie!!! I remember his speech when he won his Daytime Emmy too :rolleyes1

Now we wait for the Nick/Sharon/Phylis love triangle to work itself out... popcorn::

So will Victor come to Sharon's aid?? Doesnt it seem that he has a soft spot for her?

And I have yet to see the new Mac! I did not get to see the Billy/Chloe wedding fiasco. Seems I have only seen Kevin & Amber. :sad2: That is just a sad story line.

Oh and the best thing....this morning on SoapNet (could have been on yesterdays show as well...)after the show ended, before the credits Josh Morrow coming on to give a phone # to talk to your children about sex.....um yeah...after that scene with him and Sharon:love:....I was hysterical!:happytv:

I am loving Y&R again

Did anyone have any thoughts about when Phylis wrote "I hate myself" the mirror, then said "I hate you too"...was she thinking it would look like Sharon wrote it so she hated Sharon too? Or was it actually herself she was saying it to?

Phyllis was setting Sharon up. I thought she talking to herself at first, then I realized that the cops would think that Sharon trashed her own room

Ya I got that, I've just been mulling over who she was talking to when she was looking right in the mirror and said "I hate you too"...it was eerie either way. I really missed crazy Phyllis.

i think it was a bit of both - i think she really hates sharron and was setting her up but i think right now she's hating her life and maybe herself too.

Mac gets a job at Jimmy's

Karen leaves her hubby and Y&R

Adam is behind Ashley's 'haunting'

Lauren considers pressing charges against Sharon

Also:

Sharon is pregnant and Nick goes back to Phyllis!

Not surprised about Sharon (hope it's Nick's though) but I am surprised and MAD about Nick going back to Phyllis!!!!!

or behind door number 4 - some random guys she picked up in a bar.

i'm all for being green environmentally but COME ON - enough of the recycled story-lines

WHAT THE HECK, why would Mac want to work at Jimmy's??? :confused3

The fourth time is the charm for Cane and Lily this week when he proposes and she finally agrees to become his wife. Daniel Goddard details what leads to the happy moment.

WEEKLY: Well, Cane is nothing if not relentless, isn't he?

GODDARD: There's something that has to be said for his tenacity.

WEEKLY: Everything falls into place once Cane decides to heed Lily's advice and drop his suit for custody of Delia. What happens?

GODDARD: Everyone arrives at the courthouse. They're about to go in and see the judge when Cane asks to talk to Chloe. He tells her he can't do this. He grew up without a mother, and he's not going to do that to another child. Once Cane has a chance to step back and look at this situation from an objective point of view, he sees it's something Lily deep down inside does not want. Cane's love for Lily is so great that he realizes it's the right thing to do. It's also the right thing to do for Delia. Cane sees that Chloe has really stepped up and is dedicated to the child.

WEEKLY: So everything is resolved peacefully for everyone?

GODDARD: Yes. Cane says he'll always love Delia. He'll be her uncle and will always be there, keeping an eye on her. They all have a little laugh about it. Billy and Cane even set aside some of their animosity. They realize it's a situation where they need to be adults

WEEKLY: What's Lily's reaction to it all?

GODDARD: She's overjoyed, and rightfully so. Lily says how proud she is of Cane.

WEEKLY: The timing is right for another proposal, obviously. How does this one go down?

GODDARD: It's romantic. Cane starts by saying, "Cane and Lily Proposal: Take 4." The two of them both realize the irony of the whole thing. At this point, it's almost become humorous. Cane proposes with some bravado. He bolts over to the sofa, grabs the ring and brings it back. Lily doesn't know it's the ring. It's a very sweet scene. I love the way they they did it. I love the way they let us play it. Lily's overwhelmed with joy, and she says yes this time.

WEEKLY: Later in the week, Cane comes home to find Lily waiting with a couple of surprises for him. What are thy?

GODDARD: She's decided to go back to modeling. Cane's really happy and proud of Lily. Lily also surprises Cane with a little puppy. it's great. It's almost like that surrogate child, that buffer between no child and a child.

WEEKLY: So are Cane and Lily finally happy together?

GODDARD: Finally. It's been a long time coming, but they get there. They even set a wedding date. It's a new beginning for the couple. Then it's on to the next generation of life for Cane and Lily.

This week, Phyllis pulls Lauren and Victor into her dastardly plot to seek revenge on Sharon for destroying her marriage.

"What a freak!" says Sharon Case, summing up her character's thoughts on Phyllis. "Sharon knows Phyllis is strangely obsessed with her and that it obviously has to do with Nick."

Before Phyllis gets the chance to set her plan into motion, Sharon tells Nick that she's going to confess to her crimes. "Sharon knows her son is going to find out about everything she did and wants to do the right thing," explains Case. "Even though she doesn't remember stealing anything, she feels like she should be responsible, confess, and set a good example for Noah. Nick believes the best way to deal with this problem is to just let it go away," says Case. "He lays it on thick, and after a lot of back-and-forth, Sharon ends up taking his advice."

Later, Phyllis urges Lauren to help send Sharon to the slammer. Afterwards, Michael and Lauren bump into Sharon and ask her why they let Eden take the fall for stealing the books at the bookstore. "Michael and Lauren are very upset, and Sharon feels badly," says Case. "Sharon doesn't say much in her defense. She just apologizes."

Lauren decides that she needs to press charges against Sharon. Meanwhile, Sharon has a change of heart and decides to turn herself in. "Sharon meets with the DA and has a confession letter to give her," recounts Case. "But while she's there, Nick shows up. He convinces Sharon not to give her the letter."

Nick talks to Sharon's lawyer and tries explaining her fragile state of mind. However, Nick's plan to help Sharon goes off track when he finds out that Lauren is pressing charges against her. He goes to confront Michael and asks him if Phyllis is the one responsible for Lauren's decision to press charges. That's when Lauren changes her mind and decides to let Sharon off the hook. "Nobody presses charges, and there's no hard evidence against Sharon," explains Case. "Even though the stolen items were in her hotel room, someone broke into that room. So that person could have planted them there."

When Phyllis learns that Sharon is going to get off scot-free, she is furious. As a result, she phones Victor and reveals to him that Sharon is the one who took Sabrina's Koon's egg. "Victor knows Sharon well enough that if she did something like this, something is seriously wrong. So he doesn't come in loaded for bear. He comes in meaning to help Sharon," insists Case.

An emotional Sharon breaks down in Victor's arms and reveals her affair with Nick by accident. While the two of them talk, they "put two and two together and figure out that Phyllis sent Victor there, hoping he'd press charges against Sharon," explains Case.

Later, Sharon tells Phyllis that her plan to involve Victor didn't work. Things get a little hairy, but Nick shows up and intervenes before the two women really go at it. What Sharon says next stops Nick in his tracks. "She tells Nick to stay out of her business once and for all," says Case. "Because even though she and Nick have slept together twice in the past few months, he's back to protecting Phyllis again. This going back and forth is really painful for Sharon and is at the core of everything that's happening to her."

Nick reluctantly agrees to bow out of Sharon's life, but it's a case of "be careful what you wish for" for Sharon when she later finds the love letter she wrote Nick and finds herself unable to destroy it.

"Nick is the man Sharon still loves and will always love," admits Case. "What she doesn't understand is why he's with and keeps going back to someone like Phyllis."
