Well I finally sat down to look at the numbers...

We come out ahead by $35,000. once we paid off everyone.

Not a bad investment for a condo we have only had 2 years and only replaced the kitchen sink and toilet...

Now....

closing date is JANUARY 8TH!!!!!!

I have to PACK!!!!

I am moving to my home town 12 hours away and moving into one of my Dad's houses and get free rent for 2 years till we build the house. I just hope I'm ready for this...
