Important details-
#1 2A 2C we are staying BCV March 10-14 and 14-18 at either Swan or WL..and won't know till January. Not sure if we will have a car.
#2 We are not "artsy" food people- just please give me good food, and good selection on menu.
#3 We have DDE and can do DDP March 10-14(poss also for the WL), so can be 1cs/1ts per day or at least 1ts per day.

Please put me out of my misery...just no Beirgarten. Thanks :cloud9:

Take advantage of being so close to the Boardwalk area and do Spoodles and/or Flying Fish. You're a short walk from EPCOT - LeCellier!! :thumbsup2

"Good" can be very subjective depending who you are talking to. For example, I think sushi is good and many people I know think it's gross. Can you give an idea of what types of food you generally are drawn to (i.e.: meat & potatoes, all american, seafood, etc.) of what your favorites are? That might help pointing you in the right direction.

Want a great meal? Go to the Yachtsman, it is in the Beach Club/Yacht Club...the food is to die for

Beaches 'n Cream. You're close by to it, and it's great! Might want to come for lunch though, very non fancy. Best burgers ever. :thumbsup2

Crystal Palace

A great buffet with a great location and great food. Beautiful inside. A nice location with most tables having a view of the castle.
Pooh and Piglet and Tigger and Eeyore are there too!

50s Primetime

Downright fun with great homecooking. Great nostalga!

DH-likes almost everything; buffalo-sushi.
Me-More moderate, traditional tasts. Ceasar Salads to strip steak. Not a fan of fish, ham, pork or sushi, but I like shellfish.
Kids-like the usual kid stuff, HB, Chicken Sandwich, Pizza etc.

Since we always have our kids with us, I perfer to avoid V&A...but might consider other adult restaurants.

Have you ever eaten at the Yachtman Galley? I do have to put the YSH on my list!!!

Boma.....it is worth the trip to the AKL to see the animals and the architecture. Plus a very nice buffett with something for everyone including kids. I do this one every time we go.

Counter service - Try Columbia Harbor house in the MK. Nice and quiet upstairs.

I second Boma's its a must for us.

Ohanas also just became a must-do for our family.

The others are: Chef Mickeys, 50's Prime Time and Cinderella's

Cape May Cafe Character Breakfast - right in the BC! It's our favorite breakfast!

For the kids:
Ohana
Hoop Dee Doo
WCC
Prime Time (if this is your thing, I don't care for the menu, but I like the theme)
Sci-Fi (great theme for lunch)

For you and hubby:
California Grill
Jiko
Flying Fish
Le Cellier

For Everyone:
Teppanyaki (this is a must do for us)

Or, try the all you can eat buffets if that's appealing to your crowd. I just don't care much for them in general, but many do.

Ok everyone thanks for the choices so far
Beaches
Yatch Club
Le Cellier
Bomba
CMC

???Any one have a fave in MK???

We like Crystal Palace in MK- for all three meals
If you want counter service -we like Pecos Bill

These are our favs.

Around Epcot...ESPN, Le Cellier, San Angel(this can be hit or miss IMO) Nine Dragons(stick with Honey Sesame Chicken)

Around MK...Whispering Canyon at WL(stick with skillet), FW for breakfast(you can catch boat from WL), Ohana for dinner(time it for the fireworks and go hungry), LTT for dinner(again go hungry for this), Pecos Bills for a burger with the fixins

MGM...50s PTC, Fried Chicken, Pot Roast, Salmon, Roasted Pepper all very good(save room for a PB&J milkshake)

Around AK...Boma at AKL. Very good buffet, probably fav restaurant among CMs. Need a varied pallete and go hungry. Flame Tree BBQ in AK.

Have fun discovering new adventures in food!
