...I'm pretty in to some very dark films. My favourites include Requiem for a Dream, Hannibal and Silence of the Lambs. But some more innocent movies have been muscling into my top 10... The Greatest Showman, for instance. Hairspray. And you know what? I'm glad I'd much rather be happy than spooked.

Absolutely!! I hate scary and violent movies. I love The Greatest Showman! This time of year I am hooked on Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies. I love watching a good wholesome movie that I know is going to end well.

There are two type of nasty movies I don't care for. Negative movies such as The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas and GODAFUL movies such as Life, which just makes you feel bummed out.

I agree. I need to leave the theater feeling better than I did when I went in. Otherwise, I don’t feel it’s entertainment.
