You all raise so many interesting questions for me to ponder now. The Max and Ruby question I have often wondered. But what is up with Little Bear? Maybe his dad owns the fishing company.

Ah, Steve and Joe. Yes, that was a trauma for my older girls. And then when Blue started talking? What was up with that? Who knew Blue was a girl? I'm sure we'd been told at some point, but it was a bit confusing for us. I thought for sure Blue was a boy. I mean, with Magenta as a best friend we should have figured she was a girl, but somehow being BLUE and all. Doesn't blue=boy to toddlers?

But back to Manny & Kelly, I forgot about the catalog one. A wedding would be delightful. Manny could build the gazebo they get married under! And all the tools could be in little tuxes.

Maybe Dora's abuelita smuggles in Diego's sister's animal boxes. Speaking of Dora, what do you think of the commercials on Dora Live about Swiper and his teeth and how sharp they are.

And is it just me that is ever so slightly disappointed that Cookie Monster has to be healthy now?

We just bought DS23months a Handy Manny DVD for the car. Last night as we pulled into a parking spot and turned the car off we heard the DVD player in the back seat with Rusty's voice saying "Oh no, am I back in the closet?" We died laughing. I am sure that the writers had a field day with that one.

DH teases me because I made the comment that Wilmer Valderrama was looking mighty fine in the Earth Day commercials on Sprout. We found a talking Handy Manny at Target that DS loved. The best part was that he says at least one phrase and mentions Kelly's name. DH said I just wanted to buy that for DS so I could hear Wilmer's voice saying my name over and over.

It's a good thing I don't watch this show. That would drive me crazy. My biggest pet peeve about cartoons is some animals wearing clothing and some wearing none.

Oooo, I thought of another one, that my older kids watch. Does anyone know why the obviously boy cow (his name is Otis) from Back to the Barnyard has udders? It drives me sooooo crazy that I have a hard time watching it, even though it's a cute show.

I too have wondered about Manny and Kelly and Bob and Wendy, but what disturbs me the most is that on Max and Ruby you never see a set of parents..Ruby takes care of Max and bosses that poor rabbit all over the place and it makes me so mad...hahaha

I also have a life and I watch soap operas (on DVR)..

Hilarious!!!! I would sooo watch an episode of Manny & Kelly's wedding!

My kid's TV show question lately has been about Max and Ruby. Why is poor Ruby always caring for Max? Where's their mother?

..and then yesterday it was snowing outside and he asked his mom for clothes. He was shivering and she gave him a freakin hat. Come on! Three foot os snow and the poor kid only gets a hat!

Where is the mother on Max and Ruby ? Grandma has time to drop in for tea, sweets and facials! Ruby does all of the shopping, cooking, cleaning. When does she get her turn to be the child! I am consumed.

Why is Mickey friends with Goofy who lives in a house, has a son, talks and wears clothes and "owns" Pluto who wears a collar does not talk and lives in a dog house? They are both dogs???? Why a shirt on Donald but no pants? Doesnt Daisy wear a skirt???

When I started reading this post I had to run and read this to my DH. The other day he walked in when the girls were watching Manny and he said oh Manny sooooo wants Kelley! Then he's caught a few more shows where they make it seem they "really" like each other. When I saw this I busted out laughing. ....thank you sooo much for posting this. This is the best laugh I've had in a lonnngggg time!

it was "Blues Clues". My DD (ok I was too..) was totally into that show when she was little. I remember when Salt and Pepper were "expecting". We waited weeks to find out about the baby. When we finally saw the episode we had to call Daddy and tell him. "Daddy, Daddy, they named the baby Cinnamon!" Well, of course we had friends that were expecting.. and it never crossed his mind that we would need to call him at work about Blues Clues.. took him quite a while to understand what we were talking about, and he was quite relieved!

Don't even get me started on the drama that occurred when Steve left and Joe came to the show..

Ohhh...yessss. My 2 year old is OBSESSED with Blues Clues. I've been wondering about Steve and Miranda. They soooo like each other and should have just given in and hooked up. The dogs were already friends too!

And Joe...I hate the Joe episodes and will delete them from the DVR after one viewing. The Steven ones I'll let him keep for a week. LOL
