You know that you're a Disneyland fan when...

...you have Anaheim's weather configured in your smart phone's Weather.com app.

...when you check the wait times on Mousewait just for fun and you aren't even at DL that day.

...when you start planning your next trip before the current one is over.

Guilty of all charges...in fact I'm planning my second trip two months before we go on the first one.

Oh, there are people who don't do all these? :rolleyes1

.....You have a pit in your stomach, because you don't have a trip (or 2, or 3) planned anywhere in the near future.

.....You listen to Disney sound tracks to ease the pain of being away

.....Even your little kids refer to DL as home

When you check the wait lines via MouseWait
When you have the Webcam up from the Ho Jo
When you check the DL boards everyday.
When you start your DL vacation count down at a month
When you play Pandora Disney music all day at work (my co workers really don't like me..LOL)

I just read this one somewhere... so funny... and so true.

On your last day in the parks, you’re secretly angry at all of the people who are just starting their Disney vacations.

You don’t know any of them, but you’re certain that every single person around you is on day one of a lavish, month-long trip and blissfully enjoying every second. In fact, you’re pretty sure that they’re smiling excessively just to rub your nose in it! How dare they be so happy when you are running so low on magical minutes?

...when you read these boards every day.

...when you find yourself missing and longing for those wonderful spontaneous conversations that you have in line with guests or with Cast a Members, when people are polite and kind and share Disney magic with each other.

"secretly"? :P It is kind of bittersweet to think your first day is someone's last and vice versa.

Yes to all of the above!

My ringtone is the Baroque Hoedown though. My co-workers look at me like I'm nuts when I bring up another trip. My husband even gives me "that look."
But, man, there's just something so addictive about Disneyland.

Stalking Youtube to watch new parades over & over & over &............:rolleyes1 DH thinks I have left myself with no surprises for our upcoming trip. I know where every little diamond decoration hangs as well, but hey, we're going during Halloween so anything could happen!

I keep coming back on here to live vicariously and provide any helpful hints to others to help prolong the feeling of our DL holiday. I Took my 3 kiddies last September and it will most likely be a once off for us .... but so worth it.

Have Anaheim forecast/weather on me smartie pants Android. Lol :)
And.... use disney cups or mugs and dinnerware at home on a fairly regular basis.

Can't imagine coffee without my Disneyland MOM mug! DD10, who hates milk, promised to drink it every morning if I'd buy her and DS7 DL mugs (coffee mug sized). Believe it or not, she's kept her promise every day since we got them in March.

I agree completely. I always tell my kids, when we're sad to be ending a DLR vacation (or, in fact, any vacation at a hotel or rental house) that even though it's the end of this particular special time right now for us, it's the beginning for someone else--and that the room (or house, or whatever) will be excited to welcome someone new and that our happy vibes will still be there to get someone else's vacation off to a great start.

This worked great...until, on our last trip, we were walking through DTD for our last dinner before our flight and DS7 (then 6) looked up at the GCH balcony of the room we'd been in to reminisce already about how we'd blown soap bubbles down from there. Unfortunately, a grumpy looking man was standing up there (I guess not what my son had in his head as the image of the newest cheerful occupants of the room), and he burst into tears about that man being in "our room"!

I'm so guilty!! I'm already planning the follow up trip and we're three months off of this one still. I also buy myself several antennae toppers so I can regularly change them.
