12 days! Less than 2 weeks! Yes, start writing....we need MORE! We just rolled over into the single digit countown today for our trip and I'm feeling vaguely ill.

I thought of you last night as I Keen-ed around the neighborhood with my dog. I hope those Chacos work out for you .

Yes! Since it sounds like only the MK gets Sara Lee cakes, we'll get one at Coral Reef and one at Tony's Town Square....

Sorry, but the only lime green that I rock is my Fiestaware. I guess since I'm always the one taking the pictures I never manage to get into any of them (which could be a good thing). There is that photo of me on the cover of the Unity Equipe catalog from a few years ago (seriously, in front of the Ace Bar after our MC club meeting). Since you make me laugh so much I'll see if I can return the favor & dig it up for you . I'm sure that will make it much easier for you to spot me among the crowds of thousands .

Yeah, I don't know about you, but for me comfort is WAY more important than style when I'm visiting any Disney park. I just wish photos weren't also such an important part of visiting Disney parks.

OK, so....

1) The Chacos arrived and are so stiff, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to break them in before our trip.

2) The Crocs Primas I ordered to go with my cute photo shoot dress arrived and the Ruby was a washed-out maroony brick color, while the Peacock was perfect but fit short and tight (even on my narrow feet ). I ordered one size up - we'll see....

3) I now have exactly one pair of broken-in shoes to wear on the trip, and it's not a sandal - boo!

4) The cute photoshoot dress arrived and is too big in the top (no comments from the peanut gallery!), so I took it in for alterations... don't ask how much that added to the cost of the dress....

5) This is THE MOST BORING pre-trip update ever posted on the DIS. Ever.

In other sartorial news (all of which is to distract you guys from the fact that I STILL haven't drawn up our daily touring plans ), I found a dress to wear for our photo shoot with the Roots which, naturally, lead me to purchase two potential pairs of cute-yet-comfy shoes to wear with it:
