I'm with you. Tomorrowland at night is awesome.
Laugh Floor is one of my favorites. I'm glad that you had a good time there, and that you got to help out some first timers.

I love Tomorrowland at night! It does make it feel more futuristic!
Must've been your lucky night because you were timing everything just right!
I hate that Stitch ride! The first (and only) time I rode was back in Dec 2006. I don't know who was more scared - me or the little 4 year old boy sitting next to me with his dad. Well, since he actually let out a scream while I stifled mine, I'll say he was a tad bit more scared that I.
We have yet to go to the Laugh Floor. I don't know why.Monsters Inc is one of my favorite movies. It's on our must do list for this year!
I love the Carousel of Progress! Such an oldie but a goody!![]()
"It's a great big beautiful tomorrow....."
Great - now I'll have that stuck in my head as I try to go to sleep.![]()
I think a small part of why I love riding the same ride a million times is hearing how strangers take it. For instance, my new favorite thing to do when I'm bored in AK is go to ITTBAB and watch the audience react to it.![]()
It's been years and years since I've done Stitch's Great Escape, but I would go on it again in a second if I knew I'd get to experience that kind of reaction. It makes me laugh just thinking about how all those 20 something year old guys were screaming.![]()
Hey Marissa! I'm finally back on the Dis! I have been bombarded with school work and since I only have two regents left, and there next week, I can finally relax!
SO. I have stayed at the Contemporary like four times already so I know all about, so feel free to ask me/tweet me any questions you have! I'll be back from DISNEYLAND(AHHH do you see my ticker! eep!) before you leave so I'll be able to answer any last minute questions!
The TTA (I refuse to call it Peoplemover b/c that's what they called it when I was little and I'm weird) is just the best, it's so relaxing. I can't believe they changed the narrator/narration! Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow. I always pretend I'm surfing when we go up/down the ramp. Like I said I'm strange.lol
The castle during Christmas time is so beautiful!
Nice updates!!![]()
Tomorrowland is best visited at night, I think. The lights just really add to the atmosphere.
I like Stitch, the character, but I think he deserves a better attraction. We don't care for Great Escape at all. Some do, though, so it's nice that there are all kinds of attractions for all kinds of people.
Carousel of Progress we do like, and it's a good place for me to take one or both girls while Jill and John go ride a thrill ride. Of course, Jill will have to join me in sitting out on this trip, so she may see CoP for the first time in a long while.
Laugh Floor - I enjoy, except I don't want to be on camera!![]()
What great updates!!!! How cool that Ryan got to the final show! That was a good choice staying, though! I'm glad you got to experience a TON of laughter!!
I LOVE THE PEOPLEMOVER!!! So much fun and relaxing!
How sad about the young boy and Buzz!I probably would have cried if I saw that! Haha, I'm a sap!
OMG I need to see the lit castle in person! That is just beautiful! I can't even imagine what it looks like in person rather than in photos!
I'm so glad you laughed so much this night! I love laughing! It's my favorite! I've never done Stitch's Great Escape, and probably won't unless we happen upon it with no line!
I love the Laugh Floor too!! OMG too funny!
Tomorrowland is so cool at night! It's so lit up and very Disney-esque! I CANNOT wait for this last week to go by!!!!!!!!![]()
Definitely!
Oh, yeah, you'd definitely love it! I will say though, don't expect to see Sulley. (I don't understand why he's not a part of it, but I just thought I'd let you know in advance haha.) I'm glad yall are making it a must do this trip!
Thanks for the heads up! I'd hate to get there, not see Sulley & then have to yell at a CM about it. Because you know...everything is their fault.![]()
Hahah you're welcome. I personally was a little confused the first time I saw the show because I always thought of Sulley as the head honcho of the monster world... but then again, that was when it was the Scare Capital... haha! Clearly I'm thinking too much into this... but anyways, yeah!
You're right. Those CMs. Can't do anything right! Seriously though... why do people take all their anger out on the poor helpless CMs???![]()
I don't understand some people. Now, I'm not saying every CM is wonderful & happy. I've had my share of unhappy CM's. But, they're just human! I think some people everything at Disney is supposed to be 100% perfect. And it just doesn't happen that way. You have to roll with the punches.....even at Disney.
GUESS THAT ADR!!!!
6 ADRs.
2 of them are at Disney Resorts.
2 of them are at the Magic Kingdom.
2 of them are at Epcot.
3 of them are character meals. (SERIOUSLY. NO SHAME!!!!)
5 of them are NEW to us. (And yes, I do realize that you don't know where we ate on our last trip. It makes it more fun... for me.)
1 of them is a repeat.
1 of them is a breakfast.
2 of them are lunches.
3 of them are dinners.
