We have a condo about 5 miles from Disney and take toll free roads from MCO to our place all the time. It is less congested and also avoids the dreaded I4 route...I always got caught up in traffic. We exit the airport and head towards the south exit. We take Boggy Creek Road (which does make a turn off by a Kangaroo gas station) and go until we hit 192. This route goes through Kissimmee. From 192 you can access 535 which basically you can get to almost any "Disney" road. If you take 192 far enough down you can get to HS and AK very easily also. It takes me about 25 minutes in the early morning to 40 minutes in busy 5:00 traffic. That amount of time gets us to the intersection of 535 and 192.
