You can only stay at 1 DVC resort for the rest of your life. What are you picking?

Wow! This is like choosing between your children for me. That is if I had kids!

CCV/BRV has always been the place to be during the holiday season but if I REALLY had to choose a place for any time during the year, it would have to be BWV.

I've also yet to stay at VGF, AKL, or Poly which are still on my list.

RIV is not really in the equation because though the rooms look nice, the resort itself does nothing for me. The higher point totals and the lack of lobby and public space just doesn't attract me. DH and I do a lot of downtime at the resort so it's important to us. Maybe if we needed one night? Perhaps?

BWV's points totals, its proximity to Epcot is a huge factor and also many memories have been made there over the years so I would even choose it over BCV.

I know I already said my favorite was HHI and it is-for me and DH. However, if you want favorite on property, we have a "split" marriage. My favorite, by far, is BCV. DH's favorite, also by far, is OKW. He has begrudgingly stayed at BCV with me twice. Just curious-is anyone else in a "split marriage" as far as favorite resort is concerned?

We own VGF and BWV because even if we were stuck not finding anywhere else to use our points, we’d be happy. But if I had to pick just ONE resort? Poly.

Great question! Of the 7 trips we’ve taken only 2 have been in DVC rooms. VGF and BRV. The BRV trip was better but I loved VGF. So if I’d have to choose it be Poly . It’s my favorite resort and we’re booked there for Food & Wine.

RIV! Good food options and Skyliner to Epcot, not to mention the beautiful rooms

I would pick RIV if I also could dictate to Disney they had to put in a bridge to a new entrance through the African pavilion.

Still think they should convert the other side of the RIV skyliner stop to another DVC resort themed to something like Switzerland (since RIV is Italy/France) and then have a new entrance where they redo Africa pavilion in to small shops from various different countries that don't have a spot (like a mainstreet for the world).

If I can't pick then I likely go Boardwalk or Beach Club as long as I automatically continue to have a place to stay even after DVC ends in 2042.

If everything else stayed the same, point costs, how many points I own, expiration, etc., all stayed the same, I would pick SSR. Good bang for the buck, and will allow us to splurge and stay an a Grand Villa every once in a while. This is all dependent on that we continue to travel as a large family in the future.
