Congratulations. Fortunately/unfortunately I gained from someone else's hardships when I bought in resale during the the "rock bottom" pricing of resale. We were lucky enough to be in a situation to pay for it outright....so God forbid we hit hard times in the future....I'll be able to just rent out the points and not have to give it up. Glad you are back where you can buy in again.

Thanks again to all for the congrats and well-wishes. We were back (at Port Orleans Riverside) last summer for our first trip back in several years, and it was a very nice resort. But It can't compare to DVC accommodation! I look forward to our first DVC trip... the second time around!
