thought there was a pouch or something to put your stuff in>? I want to bring a bag for camera & raincoats

yes you can bring a bag on this ride, but there is nothing to put your bag in when I did this ride lest time I put the rain cover on my bag and put it on the set next to me ( there was no one there.) or you can just put your bag in a plastic bag and then put it by your feet

No pouch, just have to put it by your feet. We have those waterproof pouches we use for phones and camera

I've put my poncho on over my bag, then put the bag on my lap (to keep it off the wet floor.). It just can't interfere with the lap bar.

Yes its allowed.
No pouches though.
I don't put mine at my feet because it would get wet.
Instead I wear a poncho and then set my bag on my lap with the poncho covering it.
Prior to being allowed to wear ponchos I would put my bag in a disney parks gift shop bag on my lap.

As others have said, no pouches to store then but bags are allowed. I just put it in the bottom of the boat between my feet. I have never had a problem with the contents of my bag getting wet on Splash. I tend to carry nylon sling bags and they are water resistant enough to handle Splash Mountain.

This wasn't asked but USE THE LOCKERS FOR KALI, they are free you will get your stuff soaked if you bring it on with you. If you get in line with your stuff, you missed the lockers and do that before going onto the ride.

I never remember not being allowed to wear a poncho when was this?

The only time I tried (prior to a few years ago when they actually started announcing over the speakers in the queue to have it on prior to entering the log) was in June 2007.
My friend and I put them on in line and when we got to the front we were told to take them off.

This is bazzar to me. I wonder if you had a unique experience. I don't ever remember hearing this from anyone else. I'm pretty sure I remember people wearing ponchos well before '07 but I never have.

It's interesting for sure

Yeah we only tried because I found that in 2006 I got soaked when prior to that I had never gotten all that wet.
I hated walking aorund in soggy clothes.
Now every time we go on we wear a poncho because it allows us to enjoy the ride more like we used to.

I was there when it opened in 1992 ( I went in early December or mid November ) and I wear a poncho and trust me it was cold out no way I would go on it with out one.

I really do not like this ride but I have gone on it about 1 time a years since ( I did take off a few years in the early 200 so if there was a time then, but really why would they not let you I think this was just one CM maybe. dose anyone else recall this.

not saying this did not happen just wondering why.
