Thanks PracticallyPerfect! I know you are spot-on about my sister's excitement, so I've been especially gentle, and we've shared more than a few laughs about it since I'd posted. Matter of fact, SHE razzed me the other day when I'd gone to the supermarket deli and purchased several compact [empty] disposable food storage containers to bring along @ $0.25/each. "Pretty foolish to pack empty Tupperware", she hilariously advised. What I couldn't tell her was that they will prove vitally necessary if I'm to pull off a surprise move to The Poly after our first few days at a condo in Orlando [and fit them into the in-room fridges we'll have at our disposal]. Merely told her I'd been informed that we need to move between units at the condo resort between weeks one and two, and - as we'll be going to MK very early on the day of our "move" - we'll need to pre-plan, store, and keep a few ready-to-eat meal items in a cooler while we're at the park. Immediately, she responded: "OH! I can make my macaroni salad! Should I get some Hellman's Mayo to pack in our checked bag? It's on sale this week...and I've got a few boxes of Rotini we could throw in there..."I think your sister is just so excited and wishes it was time for the trip already. Since I have done similar things--not to the same extent--in the past, I can tell you that your sister probably has made some sort of countdown. Have a fabulous time!!
