Dinner tonight was quinoa, sauteed chicken, black beans & brussel sprouts.

Dinner last night was frozen pizza and caesar salad. A baby-step up from fast food. At least I get some credit for opening the box and putting it on the pan myself, right? To add insult, after our supper I cooked a fairly nice meal to take to bereaved friends today. I could have started earlier and made enough to feed us as well, but I didn't.

Green Chili Chili Verde Chicken Enchiladas, rice and beans tonight. All that's missing is the margarita.
