DH and I returned from a week at WDW on 11/22. We have been in post Disney depression. We started planning our next trip for the week after Thanksgiving 2005. Yesterday we just decided lets just go at the end of April. :cool1: :cool1:

We could not take waiting a whole year. :guilty:

Now, Many people in our life are not going to understand this but I knew you all would ::yes::

We are going April 23-April 30. We are hoping that the crowds won't be too bad at that time and that the weather won't be too hot yet. (hoping mid 80's and not TOO humid)

We are staying at our favorite YC but hoping that some codes come out because right now we are paying WAY more than we did in Nov!!!!

Yippeee...... I can't believe we are going back so soon :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :jumping1: :jumping1:

That's wonderful!! Have a great trip. You can never get to much Disney. :cool1:

I can totally relate. We had a magical trip in October. Of course, we suffered from the post Disney blues but being reasonable, decided our next trip to WDW could wait until 2006.

The reasonable part was short lived. We're in the midst of planning a trip for April! :Pinkbounc

I can understand post-Disney stress syndrome I have it too.
However, I just off the telephone having been invited to San Diego for Christmas. So I will be getting to Disneyland this year, in fact in just 10ten days I will be off.
Invited for Christmas in my family means three or four weeks together, so there will be at least 5 days at Disneyland in that time frame.
Merry Christmas to all.

Hello MrsJ! We were at WDW at the same time in Nov...I think we posted on some of the same threads...about AKL and crowds and such!

I totally know how you feel. I actually get a bit teary eyed when we leave the resort for our long drive home. I cannot quite explain how much I love Disney. If you would have told me 10 years ago I would have felt this way, I would have told you that you were NUTS! But now I have that Disney addiction....

I know...when I tell friends we are going back in January (staying at my beloved WLL) they stare at me incredulously and say, "Weren't you JUST there?" Ummm, yes....and I wanna go back!

Have fun planning. I really think planning and daydreaming about an impending trip is half the fun. I have already told my DH I never want a "surprise " trip to WDW. I really enjoy the planning stages...and talking to my fello disneyaholics on this board about it! :jumping4:

I think we all can understand. My DH and I returned one year from a Christmas trip very depressed. That Feb. we drove from NJ to WDW, stayed 1 1/2 days and drove home over pres. weekend. Crazy but we both had off and so did the kids. That is when i knew the addiction began! And no my friends don't understand and think we are nuts!

The best way to get through "Disney Depression" is to plan another trip!!!! Have a great time in April!!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

We just returned on the 28th from the CSR after a 10 day visit. On the plane ride home my DH started counting the days until our April '05 trip.
Our families think we are CRAZY!
We are AP holders so DH tries to get 2-3 trips out of 1 year.

Planning is half the fun! Glad to hear you'll be going back sooner than expected!

That's great! I am jealous!
Wishing we could get to WDW soon.........
:worship:
Please......
