We share your pain! Our VWL contract is very similar to yours, $71.xx per point, all 370 points from 2003 banked, all 370 available in September. We are paying closing costs and 2004 maintenance fees so hopefully that will make a difference in ROFR!

Mike, I agree that Disney could have allowed all contracts that they currently have on the table to pass ROFR first (assuming the contracts were reasonable, of course)!

mike ... i too just had my offer accepted by seller for 70 per pt at OKW with most (224 out of 230) 2004 pts coming on in october ... we'll split 2004 MF and that works out to a tiny bit more than 68.00 per pt ...

how long does it take to get to ROFR?
we're sending deposit in tomorrow
